What does it mean to delight yourself in the Lord?
The following 3-minute video explains this biblical idea well. It is following by two readings of Psalm 37. The first is KJV accompanied by saxophone; the second is NIV, with gentle musical accompaniment.

“When we truly rejoice, or ‘delight’ in the eternal things of God, our desires will begin to parallel His and we will never go unfulfilled.”
One point worth meditating upon regarding the above is the focus of worship, knowing the Lord via scripture. The above video used numerous verses of scripture to explain a verse of scripture and the Lord.
Psalm 37:4 is a statement against the ‘prosperity gospel‘ which tells believers that God will bless them with material wealth if they seek Him per their means.
Solomon made a gigantic discovery about the nature of true blessing, during the course of his entire life. Ecclesiastes was written when he was old, after having learned many things via examination.
