This post is to show those who do not know that God’s word is to be sung as part of worship service; we know that it is approved by God; doctrinally sound and, most importantly, His Spirit works through it. Therefore, why use lesser forms of lyrical expression?
Many are led far astray from God by singing music that has corrupt doctrine or lyrics that encourage worldliness, the Psalter contains none of that.
