The title of this post does not mean that all prisoners have hit bottom, many will get released and continue in a life of crime; but MacArthur’s church ministry makes literature and ministry available for those who realize they are at a very low point in their lives.
Many prisoners in LA County have reached that point. The ministry is also working in 19 other states.
The following 6-minute portion of a MacArthur sermon was also in my last post, but therein, it was accompanied by the 22-minute message on being born again from John 3, the story of Nicodemus.
This post is for people who would not likely be interested in knowing about being born again, because they are or because they’re not concerned with the matter of salvation at all.
