At Doctrinal Watchdog, the video below was titled: “David Platt buys Million Dollar home while shaming Christians for not being RADICAL / living simple”
I am posting the following 12-minute video about the problems at McLean Bible Church with Pastor David Platt for several reasons:
- To show Christians what happens in churches that drink the Cultural Marxist Kool-Aid
- To show the influence of CRT in the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) churches [churches that were known to have taught the Bible a decade or so ago]
- To show what happens to pastors that teach Cultural Marxism
- To show the value of knowing scripture and standing against pastors that bring unbiblical ideologies into the church
- To show the experience of church members who stand for Bible truth, against the culture and preachers who have gone astray
The video has a two-minute introduction by Jon Harris that sets the context for the 10-minute movie trailer for a movie that will be released later this year. The trailer features statements by many church members in their struggle against David Platt; the SBC; and Cultural Marxist teachings in the church.
As I watched the video, I saw many parallels between the experience of the congregants who were interviewed and American citizens who have stood against Democrat politicians in DC.
Cultural Marxism is the source of much of the chaos in our culture.
Below the video, there will be a link to a post from this blog that summarizes the strategies of Cultural Marxists. Their most foundational strategy is lying; secondly, playing people against each other to achieve their ends. Such things are unfolding every day on the news, especially in DC; however, also in your own community.
Another major tool of the Social Marxists is political correctness. Basically, PC is their ‘thought police.’
Cultural Marxists have been so influential that they have persuaded citizens to act as thought police against their neighbors. In other words, if you are politically correct in your views, then you are part of this problem: your concern is about being accepted by the leftist regime that runs this country, rather than about God, truth, the Bible, the church.
The narrative that is the basis for PC is based on lies; consists of lies that put forward the ‘state’ as god.
One last point: if you are a Christian, then you CANNOT be a Marxist.
At best, Cultural Marxists are practical atheists, and mock God; at worst, God haters, and haters of those who love God.
Cultural Marxists are all about ‘progress.’ And people of faith are about outdated traditions… so the progressives say.
Cultural Marxists, progressives, hold beliefs that figuratively declare the phrase ‘progressive-Christianity’ to be an oxymoron.

The Real David Platt is a film coming out that will EXPOSED David Platt and the things he has been doing at McLean Bible Church where Platt has made Mike Kelsey “Lead Pastor” after Kelsy said he wanted to “Torch White People” especially white Evangelicals. Platt & Kelsey have been deeply involved in CRT and social justice even encouraging the church to march with Black Lives Matter while they were shut down for C*vid.
