False Christian teachings, trends….
From one of our live events, R.C. Sproul discusses the distinct roles of the church and the state in addressing one of the most serious ethical issues that America has ever faced: abortion. [In the video interview, Sproul speaks from a biblical worldview, anyone who subscribes to the very recent worldview of evolution will misinterpret his remarks. I linked a recent post wherein these two worldviews are contrasted; and quoted a few scriptures that speak of God as Judge of His universe.]
The 2-minute video in this post speaks against MSNBC host Joe Scarborough as it puts forth a biblical view on abortion. A huge point that might be missed by viewers, especially those who are pro-abortion is that there is forgiveness for this sin (murder), and other sins that are mentioned in the video, because of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. All pro-abortion advocates ought to thank God that their own mothers were not as hasty to abort their babies as they themselves are, or they would never have walked this earth they are trying to pollute with innocent blood.

“It is really something to think about,” he wrote, “how the Left today, post-Dobbs, is left to feel the same things that many of us on the Right have felt over and over again: defeat on an issue that is dear to us. They are not used to losing — not our ruling class. They are used to getting their way, and expecting the rest of us to fall in line and know our places.”

This video is being posted mostly to confront professed Christians who think abortion is acceptable. God states that it is not acceptable.

A recent poll by Americans United for Life showed that almost 90% of those surveyed say that life begins before birth. More recently, propaganda about killing the unborn being part of health care even uses phrases such as “abortion care,” as if abortion is a thing to be protected and cared for….
This post contains a 5-minute video describing abortion via a former abortion doctor who quit performing abortions. He is presently a pro-life advocate for the unborn. Also, there is a link to a video by author Scott Klusendorf. Crossway Publishing interviewed him on his book, A Case For Life. The video contains much useful information for biblical Christians who want to witness Christ in the midst of this controversy.
The following 5-minute video is from the YouTube site, Polite Leader. I have used many of his videos in this blog because they are very short, yet comprehensive and informative. In the video, he talks about the impact of the supreme court decision from a Christian perspective. If you are a born-again Christian, then his words should resonate with you; or you should be in agreement with them, as he speaks according to scripture. And regardless of what many trendy, contemporary Christians and “Christian” preachers say, the Bible is from God and Christians are to live in accordance with it. I am aware of falling short often, as all Christians do, but God has provided repentance and forgiveness for those who fall short.
