Charles Spurgeon declared, “There is no waiting on God for help, and there is no help from God, without watchful expectation on our part. If we ever fail to receive strength and defense from Him, it is because we are not on the outlook for it…because we are not standing on our watch tower to catch the far off indications of its approach, and to fling open the gates of our heart for its entrance. He whose expectation does not lead him to be on the alert for it’s coming will get but little. Watch for God in the events of your life.”

1. MCCARTHY BECOMES FIRST SPEAKER TO BE REMOVED IN U.S. HISTORY: Late Saturday night, U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) relied on the votes of Democrats and moderate Republicans to avoid a government shutdown and pass a 45-day Continuing Resolution (CR) 335-91. The Senate passed the bill, with only nine courageous Republican Senators voting against it. The CR did nothing to secure the border, defund the weaponization of government, or curb Ukraine aid. After passage of the CR, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) celebrated, with Schumer saying, “The American people can breathe a sigh of relief: There will be no government shutdown. After trying to take our government hostage, MAGA Republicans won nothing.”

But following this betrayal, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) on Tuesday introduced a motion to “vacate the chair,” requiring McCarthy to be reconfirmed by a majority vote. Eight Republicans – Reps. Andy Biggs (AZ), Eli Crane (AZ), Ken Buck (CO), Tim Burchett (TN), Matt Gaetz (FL), Bob Good (VA), Nancy Mace (SC), and Matt Rosendale (MT) – voted to remove McCarthy, along with Democrats, who reportedly had promised to save McCarthy.

Republican Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich lashed out at conservatives who removed McCarthy, calling them “traitors,” while U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) said McCarthy’s ouster was tantamount to a “terrorist attack.” Hillary Clinton agreed, calling for a “backlash” to the House “extremists” who removed McCarthy.

The top two contenders to replace McCarthy are House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) and Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH). Donald Trump has endorsed Jordan. Other possible candidates include Reps. Tom Emmer (R-MN), Elise Stefanik (R-NY), and Kevin Hern (R-OK).

2. WHY MCCARTHY HAD TO GO: Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) explained, “The basis for the motion to vacate is Kevin McCarthy’s repeated breach of the agreement that he made in January. Just look at the breach that we’ve seen over the last few weeks. He blew past the pre-COVID spending top line he agreed to. He put a bill on the floor to fund the entire government without 72 hours to review it, in violation of the agreement he made. He said that there would never be a bill on the floor of the House that spent more than $100 million without the opportunity for amendment, and yet the last continuing resolution violated that agreement as well.”

Center for Renewing America President Russ Vought wrote that McCarthy betrayed conservatives twice “on the most vital leverage points that provided opportunities to check the Biden Administration” and worked with House Democrats “to fund Biden’s woke and weaponized federal government.”

Cultural analyst Geoffrey Botkin notes the significance of McCarthy’s ouster: “No establishment politician from either party thought a party leader would ever be held to account for his business-as-usual treachery. Corrupt McCarthy was, and this has sent shockwaves through corrupt Washington.”

3. POPE FRANCIS CALLS FOR GLOBAL GOVERNMENT TO COMBAT “CLIMATE CHANGE”: Pope Francis once again revealed his Communist roots, calling for a “world authority” to establish “global and effective rules” to solve the “climate crisis.” Pope Francis also wrote, “[It is] regrettable that global crises are being squandered when they could be the occasions to bring about beneficial changes.”

In a letter response to five cardinals, Pope Francis effectively told clergy to decide for themselves on whether to bless homosexual “marriages,” stating, “pastoral prudence must adequately discern whether there are forms of blessing, requested by one or more persons, that do not transmit a mistaken conception of marriage.”

The 87-year-old Pope is determined to leave his legacy to another radical Marxist, and recently appointed 21 more prelates to the College of Cardinals, meaning that 73% of cardinals who will choose the next Pope have been appointed by Francis.

4. CANADA’S CENSORSHIP REGIME EXPANDS: The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission announced it will require all online podcasts and news sites making $10 million or more annually to register with the government, under Canada’s Online Streaming Act. Canadian law professor Dr. Michael Geist warns, “The takeaway from the decision is obvious: registration is the first step toward regulation, with the Commission already envisioning the prospect of regulating a wide range of services…”

Journalist Glenn Greenwald said the law must be understood within the context of “the very flagrant pro-censorship climate in Canada, which has repeatedly supported all sorts of legal limitations on hate speech and disinformation, as well as the increasingly authoritarian tendencies of the Trudeau government, which waged extrajudicial war on peaceful truckers who were protesting COVID mandates, including seizing their bank accounts with no due process.” Elon Musk wrote on X, “Trudeau is trying to crush free speech in Canada.”

5. REGIME CALLS MAGA REPUBLICANS TERRORISTS: Newsweek reports, “The federal government believes that the threat of violence and major civil disturbances around the 2024 U.S. presidential election is so great that it has quietly created a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump’s army of MAGA followers.” One senior intelligence officer claimed, “We’ve crossed the Rubicon…Trump’s army constitutes the greatest threat of violence domestically…politically…that’s the reality and the problem set.”

Charlie Kirk responded, “With fentanyl deaths at record highs, murder up by a third or more from 2019, the border wide open, foreign spies blanketing the government, and more, the Biden regime’s chief legal focus is imprisoning his 2024 opponent and labeling his supporters domestic terrorists. This is totalitarianism.”

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton called for a “formal deprogramming” of MAGA “cult” members. Radio host Todd Starnes replied, “I believe Stalin had a word for that: gulags.” Political commentator William Wolfe warned, “That’s a camp—she’s calling for Americans to be rounded up, sent to camps, and psychologically tortured. Communism is always right over the horizon.”

Ed. Note: In September 2022, Joe Biden declared, “Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country.” Leftists claim that Republicans are trying to “end democracy,” target the opposition, and foment division, when they themselves are guilty of undermining America’s security and freedoms.

6. LEFTIST JUDGE ISSUES GAG ORDER ON TRUMP: New York Judge Arthur Engoron issued a gag order on Donald Trump, after Trump exposed the judge’s law clerk’s ties to New York U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer (D), prohibiting Trump from publicly commenting on the case.

Charlie Kirk summarizes, “Donald Trump is facing a civil trial in New York for ‘fraud.’ So, which of his victims is suing him? That’s a trick question: There aren’t any. None of New York’s banks or insurance companies, Trump’s supposed ‘victims,’ are suing him. Trump’s loans are repaid, and his accounts are current. Because one judge says Trump ‘overvalued’ his properties, that same judge is empowered to fine him hundreds of millions of dollars, break up the Trump Organization, and seize control of his properties, including Trump Tower, all to remedy a phantom crime with no victims. When this happens in China or Russia, we call it what it is: Lawfare against an enemy of the regime. Normal people do not yet realize how patently insane this is.”

Axios reports that Donald Trump has officially dropped off the Forbes 400 list of America’s wealthiest people.

7. REGIME IS DESTROYING MIKE LINDELL’S BUSINESS: Trump ally and election integrity warrior Mike Lindell revealed the IRS is auditing five of his contract employees who work for his call center and is “trying to take away their jobs.” The law firm that had been representing Lindell in defamation suits launched against him over his election integrity work has dropped Lindell, following his inability to repay millions of dollars in legal fees. Lindell praised his attorneys as “brave and courageous” and told NBC, “We’ve lost everything, every dime. All of it is gone.”

Former Trump economic advisor Peter Navarro said, “In these ‘woke’ times…Mr. Lindell has been under constant attack. ‘Wokeism’ seeks to bankrupt any business that does not conform to the rigid doctrines of the left, and his original ‘woke’ sin has been to openly question the results of the 2020 presidential election.”

Lindell vowed, “I will never stop trying to secure our elections.”

8. GERMAN CONSERVATIVES ATTACKED: Mainstream media has smeared the Alternative for Germany Party (AFD) as “far-right.” But they ignored the assassination attempt on AfD Co-Chair Tino Chrupalla, which left Chrupalla in intensive care, and another assassination threat against AFD co-leader Alice Weidel, which caused her to cancel a rally.

European political commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek reacted, “All of this is extremely shocking, but unsurprising. It is the result of the extremely hostile narrative that is created by the media and the establishment surrounding right-wing politicians and dissidents…We have to realize how serious the situation is for us on the right in Western Europe. We’re dealing with an enemy that wants to and is prepared to kill us for our political beliefs.”

Shortly before the assassination attempt, Chrupalla said he was debanked for political reasons.

9. FEINSTEIN’S RADICAL LEGACY AND REPLACEMENT: Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) went to meet her Maker at the age of 90. Center for Security Policy’s Frank Gaffney writes, “Senator Dianne Feinstein’s colleagues are eulogizing her decades of path-breaking public service and admirable personal qualities. Unsurprisingly, no mention has been made of one serious defect. The Chinese Communists call it ‘elite capture.’ She was instrumental in getting China into the World Trade Organization. Her husband got rich doing deals with the PRC. And for a decade, her state office manager was a Chinese spy.”

As Feinstein’s replacement, California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) chose Laphonza Butler, a lesbian, far-left abortion activist, former labor union boss, and the president of Emily’s List, one of America’s top pro-abortion groups. Butler supports abolishing cash bail for criminals. At the time of her nomination, Butler’s residence was listed as Maryland.

10. BIDEN TO BUILD “WALL”: The Biden regime waved 26 federal laws to build 20 miles of border wall, in a token attempt to blunt anti-illegal immigration outrage. U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) explains the rationale behind deliberate mass illegal immigration: “Joe Biden and other partisan Democrats look at every one of these illegal immigrants, and they view them as future Democrat voters. They want to change the demographic constitution of the nation to elect more Democrats. This is about power. It’s about political power. And if thousands upon thousands of children have to suffer as a consequence, they’re more than happy to pay that price.”

425,000 unaccompanied children have crossed the border since January 2021, according to The Daily Signal.

11. MRNA INVENTORS RECEIVE NOBEL PRIZE: University of Pennsylvania biochemists Katalin Karikó, Ph.D., and Drew Weissman, M.D., Ph.D. were awarded the 2023 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for their work in developing “effective mRNA vaccines against COVID-19.” Dr. Peter McCullough responded, “Synthetic mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are neither safe nor effective. Their use globally has resulted in catastrophic injuries, disabilities, and death. This Nobel decision will not do well over the course of history.” William Makis, MD, said, “Nobel Prize for the greatest medical fraud of the modern era.”

12. ARE VACCINES TO BLAME FOR SIDS? The Children’s Health Defense reports, “A former police detective claimed that around 50% of the 250 sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) cases she investigated over seven years happened within 48 hours after the infant received a vaccine. About 70% happened within one week.”

Dr. Elizabeth Mumper agreed, “Many parental reports about a baby dying suddenly start with the phrase, ‘He just was at the pediatrician’s office — they said he was healthy.’ If there were no correlations between vaccines and SIDS, then sudden death cases would be evenly distributed throughout the month. Instead, we see clusters of unexpected deaths in the first week after shots are given.”

• Breitbart reports, “New York City Mayor Eric Adams attended Chinese government-linked festivities that included raising the red flag of China in Manhattan on Sunday, marking China’s ‘National Day,’ the anniversary of mass murderer Mao Zedong imposing communism on the people of China.”
• A new survey reveals that clergy in seven mainline churches – the United Methodist Church (UM), the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), the Presbyterian Church (USA) (PCUSA), the American Baptist Churches USA (ABCUSA), the Episcopal Church, the United Church of Christ (UCC), and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) (DOC) – are far more liberal than their congregations.

GERMAN POLITICIAN SLAMS GLOBALISTS: German MEP Christine Anderson clearly exposed the globalists’ plans and called for resistance to them, declaring, “Their goal is to strip each and every one of us of our fundamental rights, of freedom, democracy, the rule of law. They want to get rid of all of this. Stop complying. Start rebelling. They are out to get you if you do not resist.”

2. ILLINOINS LANDOWNERS FIGHT CARBON CAPTURE PIPELINES: Citizens in Illinois have joined the fight against carbon capture pipelines after Wolf Carbon Solutions proposed a plan to build a 280-mile pipeline from Iowa to Illinois. Concerned citizen Elton Rocke stated the pipelines are “not profiting the people, [they are] profiting the big corporations and the pipeline companies. Does Illinois really want to be known as the pollution dump for carbon? I think not.”

3. ENGLISH CLERGYMAN WINS SETTLEMENT: Reverend Calvin Robinson was removed from his position at the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) after opposing a drag queen story hour in Lewisham, London. Robinson sued the RAD with the help of the Christian Legal Centre and was awarded a $9,000 settlement. Robinson responded to the ruling, “I am pleased that the bullies did not win and that they have learned you cannot push people out for holding traditional views, Christian views.”

4. FLORIDA SURGEON GENERAL OPPOSES NEW COVID SHOTS: After the CDC recommended a new and untested Covid shot to the public, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo told Fox News, “The FDA and CDC could have compelled Pfizer or Moderna to conduct clinical trials — that’s something that’s totally doable — and they didn’t do it. I don’t feel comfortable … recommending [the vaccine] to any living being on this planet.”

5. ALBERTA PREMIER DEFIES JUSTIN TRUDEAU: Alberta Premier Danielle Smith signaled she would be willing to use the Sovereignty Act to block Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s green energy regulations. Smith emphasized, “Let me be clear: any plan that makes electricity more expensive and less reliable is a bad plan, and the Clean Electricity Regulations are an exceptionally bad, poorly thought out, and illogical plan.” Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe has also opposed Trudeau’s tyrannical green regulations.

6. MUSK FIRES X’S “ELECTION INTEGRITY” TEAM: Elon Musk, CEO of X (formerly Twitter), announced he had fired most of the company’s election integrity team, stating, “The ‘Election Integrity’ Team that was undermining election integrity…they’re gone.” InfoWars reports Musk has cut down X’s workforce by 80%.

7. CISA BANNED FROM CONTACTING SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS: In a win for online freedom, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals placed a preliminary injunction on the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), forbidding it from contacting social media companies. The Washington Post fretted over the news, commenting the ruling “could have sweeping implications for government efforts to protect elections from disinformation campaigns.”

8. LONDON RESIDENTS REJECT SPY CAMERAS: London Mayor Sadiq Khan imposed fines, regulations, and “spy cameras” on those who did not comply with his green agenda. However, reports from the London Metropolitan Police reveal around 800 of these cameras have been removed or dismantled. Former Conservative Party leader Sir Iain Duncan Smith replied, “A lot of people in my constituency have been cementing up the cameras or putting plastic bags over them. I am happy for them to do it because they are facing an imposition that no one wants.”

9. ORBAN PUSHES BACK AGAINST EU: Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declared his country would no longer follow the European Union’s tyrannical guidelines for allowing illegal immigrants to cross into his country. The EU imposes a fine of 20,000 Euros per migrant refused, but Orban stated the EU should use “fences and border controls” and “nobody should enter EU territory without an application approved and entry permit granted.”

10. VANCE CALLS FOR BIOLOGICAL GENDER ON PASSPORTS: Freshman Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) introduced a bill that would require one’s biological gender on a U.S. Passport, claiming, “The last thing the State Department should be doing is wasting its time and your tax dollars pushing far-left gender ideology. There are only two genders—passports issued by the United States government should recognize that simple fact.”

11. DEATH PENALTY ENACTED FOR CHILD RAPISTS IN FLORIDA: A new law has gone into effect in Florida allowing the death penalty for child rapists. Governor Ron Desantis (R) stated, “In Florida, anyone who harms children in such a horrific way will never walk free. We think that the worst of the worst crimes deserve the worst of the worst punishment.”

12. PENNSYLVANIA SCHOOL DISTRICT BANS BOYS FROM GIRLS’ SPACES FOLLOWING STUDENT WALKOUT: The Perkiomen Valley School Board banned boys from entering girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms after hundreds of students from the school staged a walkout. Meg Kilgannon of the Family Research Council stated, “I regret that it came down to the students themselves to shame the adults into protecting women and girls. I’m so grateful to these students, their parents, and the school board members who did, in the end, protect all students with this policy.”

13. SENATORS WORK TO AVOID OMNIBUS BILL: 20 Republican Senators, led by Rick Scott (R-FL) and Ted Cruz (R-TX), have joined forces to block all government bills that do not deal with funding. A letter from these Republicans to Senate Majority Chuck Schumer (D-NY) reads in part, “We urge you to present a plan…for how you intend to pass the remaining appropriations bills and conference them with the House in a manner that respects an open amendment process and which does not end in a December omnibus spending package.”

14. CALIFORNIA GOP KEEPS PRO-FAMILY MESSAGE: The California Republican Party voted to keep its pro-life and pro-marriage statements on their party platform after being challenged by “moderate” Republicans. Real Impact Executive Director Gina Gleason stated, “When Christians know what is taking place in their government or in their local community, they step up, and they’re starting to be really involved and make some impactful changes.”

15. AMERICANS WANT LARGER FAMILIES: As a declining population plagues the globe, a new poll from Gallup reveals many Americans now want larger families, with 45% of those surveyed wanting three or more children. Gallup also reports, “Since the Great Recession, Americans have been increasingly likely to say larger families are preferable, but birth rates in the U.S. have been declining.”
