AGENDA Weekly Brief

Week of September 18-24

Dear Friends,

John 14:15 says, “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” The true test of our love for Christ is found in our response to His Word. How much do we treasure it? Patriot Samuel Adams once said, “The rights of the colonists as Christians…may be best understood by reading and carefully studying the institutes of the Great Law Giver and Head of the Christian Church, which are to be found clearly written and promulgated in the New Testament.” May we never forget that the true source of American Greatness can only be found in following God’s Word.

1. BIDEN MOVES CLOSER TO CREATION OF CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY: The White House released a “First-Ever Comprehensive Framework for Responsible Development of Digital Assets.” This follows Biden’s March 9 “Executive Order on Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets.” The framework promises, “A U.S. CBDC – a digital form of the U.S. dollar – has the potential to offer significant benefits. It could enable a payment system that is more efficient, provides a foundation for further technological innovation, facilitates faster cross-border transactions, and is environmentally sustainable.” The framework is a move to regulate decentralized cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin while advancing a centrally-controlled CBDC.

Attorney and financial analyst Jim Rickards states, “I predict we’ll see a digital dollar hit circulation next year — or 2024 at the latest. And when Biden Bucks are rolled out, many experts — myself included — believe they will begin an era of total government control and surveillance.”

Ed. Note: To push back against Central Bank Digital Currencies, use cash and checks as much as possible. For more, see Cash Friday.

2. POLITICO: BILL GATES CONTROLLED COVID-19 RESPONSE: A Politico investigation revealed that four Gates-linked organizations spent $10 billion directing the response to Covid-19. When Covid-19 hit, these four groups – the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the GAVI Vaccine Alliance, Wellcome Trust, and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) – stepped in, causing a “shift in power from the overwhelmed governments to a group of non-governmental organizations.”

Georgetown University professor Lawrence Gostin said, “I think we should be deeply concerned…Money buys influence. And this is the worst kind of influence…” The four groups successfully fought to protect intellectual property rights for Covid vaccines (which Bill Gates is heavily invested in) and to secure millions of dollars in taxpayer-funding for their operations.

Ed. Note: Several years ago, Bill Gates said that vaccines were the best investment he had ever made.

3. WEF SAYS COVID LOCKDOWNS WERE TEST RUN FOR CLIMATE LOCKDOWNS: The WEF published an article entitled, “My Carbon: An Approach For Inclusive and Sustainable cities.” The article states, “COVID-19 was the test of social responsibility. A huge number of unimaginable restrictions for public health were adopted by billions of citizens across the world.” The article advocates that SMART technologies and apps be used to monitor “energy consumption” and “reduce your personal footprint.” Left unsaid is that, as with Covid-19, these new restrictions would not be voluntary but mandatory.

4. LEFTIST KILLS “REPUBLICAN EXTREMIST” FOLLOWING BIDEN’S STATEMENTS: 41-year-old Shannon Brandt allegedly ran over 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson, because Brandt believed the teenager was a “Republican extremist.” Senator Rand Paul responded, “Words can have violent consequences. President Biden needs to realize that his vilification of his opponents is inflaming some of his supporters to violence.”

In related news, Republican Rep. Jim Jordan revealed that the FBI has deprioritized child trafficking cases to focus more on combatting domestic terrorism.

5. DOJ TARGETS THOSE WHO QUESTIONED 2020 ELECTION: The Epoch Times reports, “The U.S. Department of Justice is conducting a criminal investigation into activities questioning the integrity of the 2020 presidential election, including the appointments of alternate slates of electors and disputing the veracity of election results.” Lauren Bowman Bis of the Public Interest Legal Foundation warned, “This is a blatant overreach and will have the chilling effect of stopping people from reporting election crimes. This subpoena is proof of what we already knew: the DOJ is full of partisan bureaucrats.”

A U.S. District Judge has targeted True the Vote, the organization involved in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Meanwhile, House Democrats voted down a proposition to investigate Hunter Biden’s questionable foreign business dealings.

Ed. Note: Russ Vought of the Center for Renewing America says, “The new era of criminalizing politics is worsening in the U.S.”

6. “SPECIAL MASTER” BETRAYS TRUMP: U.S. District Judge Raymond Dearie, the special master appointed to oversee the documents taken from Mar-a-Lago, has said he does not wish to see documents marked classified. This means that Trump’s legal team will have no access to the documents either. The 11th Circuit ruled that the DOJ can continue reviewing documents seized by the FBI.

The New York Times reports, “Democrats and liberal groups, determined to find a way to bar former President Donald J. Trump from returning to office, are preparing a variety of ways to disqualify him, including drafting new legislation and readying a flurry of lawsuits seeking to use an obscure clause in the Constitution to brand him an insurrectionist.”

7. DEEP STATE STILL TARGETING ELECTIONS: Wisconsin was not one of the two dozen states that banned private funding of the election process, following Mark Zuckerberg’s $400 million “donation” in the 2020 election. A Wisconsin initiative called Milwaukee Votes 2022 received funding from several private partners. Republican state Rep. Janel Brandtjen called it “Zuckerbucks 2.0.” A citizen activist believes that Wisconsin’s state voter roll continues more than 350,000 errors.

U.S. House Democrats, along with nine Republicans, hurriedly passed the “Presidential Election Reform Act,” a measure that contains some of the provisions of the failed H.R. 1, which would have overruled state election laws. The Federalist called the bill a “Trojan Horse,” enabling a “Democrat takeover of the ballot box.” Unfortunately, at least ten Senate Republicans have already signed onto the effort.

Ed. Note: For more on what you can do to protect election integrity this November, please see whoscounting.us and Cleta Mitchell’s Citizen’s Guide to election integrity.

8. EUROPEAN UNION SAYS HUNGARY IS “NO LONGER A DEMOCRACY”: The EU’s European Parliament passed a resolution declaring “there is increasing consensus among experts that Hungary is no longer a democracy” and the country has become a “hybrid regime of electoral autocracy.” Hungary’s Zoltan Kovacs tweeted, “The European Parliament voted that Hungary is a ‘hybrid electoral autocracy.’ The @Europarl_EN also voted that men can give birth.”

9. VANDERBILT MUTILATING CHILDREN FOR MONEY: Matt Walsh unveiled an investigation into Nashville’s Vanderbilt transgender clinic. Walsh found that the clinic got into “gender transition” surgeries because it was a “big money maker,” and the surgeries require numerous “follow-ups.” Walsh said, “They then threatened any staff members who objected, and enlisted a gang of trans activists to act as surveillance in order to force compliance.”

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health updated its Standards of Care 8th Edition to remove age recommendations for minors seeking transgender surgeries. PayPal and Venmo de-platformed Gays Against Groomers, a gay rights organization of LGBTQ individuals opposed to transgender surgeries for minors. Meanwhile, the pro-pedophile organization Prostasia has yet to be de-platformed.

10. BIDEN SAYS PANDEMIC IS OVER, BUT DOES NOT RESCIND MANDATES: “The pandemic is over,” said Biden in a recent “60 minutes” interview. The White House quickly took back Biden’s comments. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) responded, “If ‘the pandemic is over’ as Biden says, then all of the President’s emergency powers, all COVID vax mandates, the emergency powers of every governor, Emergency Use Authorizations, and the PREP act should all be voided tomorrow.” Jack Posobiec tweeted, “If the pandemic is over, we can end universal mail-in voting immediately. Thanks, Joe Biden!”

11. COVID VACCINES ARE DAMAGING REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM: Naomi Wolf’s volunteer team of 3,250 researchers has analyzed tens of thousands of documents released by Pfizer under court order. Wolf said they “have now fully demonstrated that Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines target human reproduction in comprehensive, likely irreversible ways…The Pfizer documents reveal monstrous damage to menstruation, harm to the testes and epididymis, harm to the penis, horrible harm to the ova and ovaries, mechanisms for compromising the placenta, contamination of amniotic fluid, and damage to newborns. They reveal that four women’s breast milk turned blue-green. They reveal injuries to at least one newborn that extended to death (or murder) from ingesting tainted breast milk. They reveal horrific levels of miscarriages…”

Dr. Joseph Mercola writes, “The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is now advertising the new COVID booster as an ‘antibody update’ to ‘recharge your immunity’ — as if your immune system were a battery that needs recharging, or your immunity a software system that requires gene therapy’ updates.’”

12. CRIME-RIDDEN CALIFORNIA EMBRACES CLIMATE MADNESS: Governor Gavin Newsom signed AB 351 into law, officially legalizing human composting in California, a move to supposedly help combat “climate change.” Newsom also signed 40 “aggressive” climate bills designed to “accelerate the state’s transition” away from fossil fuels and target “big polluters.” Several days later, the state of California banned seabed mining, even though such mining provides the rare earth minerals necessary to accelerate the state’s “green” transition.

Ed. Note: Last week, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis sarcastically said of California Governor Gavin Newsom, “All I can say is I think his hair gel is interfering with his brain function.”

13. ILLEGALS FOR THEE, BUT NOT FOR ME: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis responded to the leftist furor over the 50 illegals he sent to Martha’s Vineyard. “All those people in D.C. and New York were beating their chests when Trump was president, saying they were so proud to be (in) sanctuary jurisdictions, saying how bad it was to have a secure border. The minute even a small fraction of what those border towns deal with every day is brought to their front door they all of a sudden go bersek!” Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) called Biden “the biggest human trafficker on the face of the planet” for his role in America’s immigration crisis.

By September 30, border patrol agents will have encountered more than 2.3 million illegals in the past fiscal year. Venezuela is now emptying prisons and sending murderers, rapists, and other criminals to the southern border. Border Patrol has detained 78 individuals on the terrorist watch list at the southern border this fiscal year, 12 in August alone.

14. KING CHARLES III IS A GLOBALIST AND FRIENDLY TOWARD ISLAM: In 2020, Charles III, a World Economic Forum member, said the following at the WEF’s “Great Reset” event: “There is a golden opportunity to seize something good from this crisis…global crises know no borders, and highlight how interdependent we are as one people sharing one planet. Unless we take the action necessary, and build in a greener and more inclusive and sustainable way, then we will have more and more pandemics.”

Two years after Osama bin Laden was killed, Charles accepted $1,217,760 from bin Laden’s family. The Washington Post reports that Charles is “a loud admirer of Islam” and “detests Islamophobia.”

Ed. Note: Below are a few noteworthy facts and perspectives on the royal family. Queen Elizabeth II previously knighted WEF head Klaus Schwab. Prince William has fully embraced the environmental agenda. Prince Andrew, Queen Elizabeth’s son, had close ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Mohammed Al Fayed accused the royal family of conspiring to kill his son Dodi and Princess Diana in 1997. One writer believes the entire royal family is immersed in the occult.

15. PUTIN CALLS UP 300,000 RESERVES: Russian Leader Vladimir Putin is responding after Ukrainian forces pushed back Russian troops in a counterattack on the Kharkiv region. Putin has called for 300,000 reservists to be mobilized, but as one outlet notes, “The hidden 7th paragraph of the Russian President’s decree on partial mobilisation allows the Ministry of Defence of Russia to mobilise 1 million people…” Thousands of Russian men are scrambling to flee the country to avoid being forced into combat. Putin declared, “If the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, we will use all available means to protect Russia and our people. This is not a bluff.”

16. ECONOMIC THREATS AND OPPORTUNITIES: The Federal Reserve raised its benchmark interest rate by .75% points for the third month in a row. Billionaire investor Barry Sternlicht warned, “The economy is braking hard. If the Fed keeps this up, they are going to have a serious recession and people will lose their jobs.”

In Germany, inflation hit 45.8% over the past year for producer prices of industrial products.

For those looking to purchase, home sale prices have dropped below asking price for the first time in two years. Daryl Fairweather, Redfin’s Chief Economist, said, “This is the sharpest turn in the housing market since the housing market crash in 2008.”

Gold expert Adam Barratta, author of several books and founder of the #1 rated gold company in America, recently wrote, “There are moments when the short term environment meets the long term thesis which provides what I believe to be a tremendous opportunity…I see such an opportunity over the next six months…Today is 9/22/22. The price of gold as of this writing at 8:04 am EST is $1682 per ounce. I believe that gold prices will be north of $2000 by the end of the year and will surpass all-time highs by Valentine’s Day 2023.”

17. NOTEWORTHY STORIES:

  • Big Tech giants, including Amazon and Microsoft, are partnering with the Ukrainian government to make the country “digitally indestructible,” introduce a cashless society, and use AI for developing “pre-trial and pre-sentencing reports assessing the risk of a suspect re-offending.”
  • Switzerland’s environment minister recommended that people “turn off the computer when you don’t need it, or turn off lights, or shower together” as part of a proposed 15% energy reduction. Her statement received instant backlash.
  • Biden quietly extended the state of “national emergency” declared by President George W. Bush after the 9-11 attacks.
  • The Marxist Freedom Road Socialists have declared, “We must defeat any politicians running for office this November who hold a favorable view of Trump.”
  • Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s super PAC has pulled $9.6 million in television ads from the heated Arizona Senate race, where GOP candidate Blake Masters is being outspent 9 to 1 by Democrat Mark Kelly. The Federalist says McConnell wants “to maintain a conference he can control in the upper chamber.”
  • The U.S. Senate voted 69-27 to ratify the Kigali Amendment to the United Nations’ Montreal Protocol, a measure that undermines U.S. sovereignty and advances the global environmentalist agenda.
  • Japan is moving towards becoming a cashless society.
  • Dr. Anthony Fauci said of the Covid lockdowns and restrictions, “You have to do something that’s rather draconian, and sometimes when you do draconian things, it has collateral negative consequences.”

THE FREEDOM AGENDA

1. MAGA CANDIDATES SWEEP NEW HAMPSHIRE: Axios reports, “MAGA-aligned candidates swept the Republican congressional primaries in New Hampshire last night, defeating better-financed candidates backed by Gov. Chris Sununu and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.” General Don Bolduc overcame $4.6 million in spending from allies of Mitch McConnell to become the GOP’s U.S. Senate nominee. 25-year-old Karoline Leavitt, a former Trump staffer, defeated a Kevin McCarthy-endorsed opponent in a U.S. Congressional race.

2. REP. ROY PRESENTS THREE-PART “STAND UP FOR AMERICA” PLEDGE: Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) released a three-point “Stand Up for America” pledge to hold the Biden Administration accountable. The pledge proposes:

  • (1) Freeze all spending levels. “We, Republicans, should not agree to spend one more dollar to advance the Democrats’ harmful, inflationary agenda.”
  • (2) Oppose the “purposeful disregard of the rule of law and the well-being of the American people by this administration.”
  • (3) Implement policies that support the working and middle class.

3. COURT UPHOLDS TEXAS LAW: The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a Texas law that would rein in Big Tech companies that restrict free speech. Judge Andrew Oldham wrote, “Today we reject the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say.” The case is likely to move on to the U.S. Supreme Court.

4. CONSERVATIVES REJECT INCREASED DEMOCRAT SPENDING: Forty-two House Republicans led by Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) and 14 Senate Republicans led by Mike Lee (R-UT) have called on colleagues to reject a Democrat plan to increase government spending into the next year. Lee wrote, “We must not accept anything short of a ‘clean’ Continuing Resolution (‘CR’) that contains no additional spending or extraneous policy riders.”

Ed. Note: Urge your U.S. Senators and Representative to do the same. For contact information, see this week’s Prayer and Action section.

5. TWO MORE TEXAS COUNTIES DECLARE IMMIGRANT INVASION: A total of 29 Texas counties have now declared an immigrant invasion at the southern border, following declarations by Wharton and Burnet counties. The two counties called for “additional measures to secure the border, stop the invasion at the border, and protect our communities.”

6. GLENN BECK WITHDRAWS SUPPORT FOR CONVENTION OF STATES: Conservative commentator Glenn Beck, a long-time supporter of a Constitutional Convention or Article V Convention of States, publicly announced, “I have been a supporter of the Article V Convention of States. I’ve been a pretty big supporter, vocal supporter. I’m reversing that today.” Beck said, “After some thought and prayer, we are not the people to open up this sacred document. We are not the people — that was a God-inspired document.”

Ed. Note: Many freedom-loving Americans support an Article V Convention. We believe that the Constitution does not need to be changed; we need to follow the Constitution we already have. For more on potential dangers of a Constitutional Convention, please consider, “What An Article V Convention Might Mean” and “Article V Convention: Will It Work?”

7. MCCULLOUGH RELEASES NEW BOOK: Dr. Peter McCullough, who has risked his career to speak the truth about Covid-19, has teamed up with true crime author John Leake to release a groundbreaking new book entitled, “The Courage to Face COVID-19: Preventing Hospitalization and Death While Battling the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex.”

8. KYRIE IRVING SPEAKS AGAINST COVID VACCINES: Kyrie Irving, basketball star for the Brooklyn Nets, tweeted, “If I can work and be unvaccinated, then all of my brothers and sisters who are also unvaccinated should be able to do the same, without being discriminated against, vilified or fired.” Irving continued, “This enforced vaccine/pandemic is one the biggest violations of human rights in history.”

9. MORE MANDATES STRUCK DOWN: An effort fought in part by the Children’s Health Defense and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. successfully defeated Covid-19 vaccine mandates for Louisiana schools. “This is the direct result of moms, dads, grandparents, and guardians fighting for what is right,” said state Attorney General Jeff Landrey.

Trump-appointed Judge Terry A. Doughty struck down a federal mask and Covid vaccine mandate for 280,000 teachers, staff, and volunteers. Judge Doughty quoted James Madison’s Federalist No. 51, “The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elected may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”

10. YOUNGKIN ROLLS BACK TRANS GUIDELINES IN VIRGINIA SCHOOLS: Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin revamped the state’s transgender guidelines for schools. The 2022 model guidelines assert, “Schools shall respect parents’ values and beliefs,” and “Parents are a child’s primary and most important educator.” The new policies bar schools from helping children “transition” to the opposite gender without parental knowledge. Previous standards by Democrat Governor Ralph Northam mandated that every school become a “school community that affirms LGBTQ+ students.”

11. DESANTIS KEEPS WINNING: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis proposed legislation to prohibit China and its allies from purchasing land near Florida’s U.S. military bases. Palm Beach County Commissioner Dave Kerner, a Democrat, has endorsed DeSantis for reelection against opponent Charlie Crist. Kerner said, “Endorsing Gov. DeSantis was the obvious choice this election cycle. Gov. DeSantis’ Dem opponent has called for reallocation of resources away from law enforcement. Forida cannot afford people like Charlie Crist who want to defund the police & make our communities less safe.”

12. HISPANICS BECOMING SWING VOTERS: James Antle III notes that Trump was “supposed to be the death knell for the Republican Party and the Hispanic vote…Instead, Trump made modest inroads with Hispanics himself and may have presided over the demographic shifting from a reliably Democratic voting bloc to more of a swing vote.”

13. FAITH AND FREEDOM COALITION SPENDING $40 MILLION TO MOBILIZE VOTERS: The Christian Faith and Freedom Coalition is spending around $40 million to knock on 8 million doors in 24 states ahead of the critical midterm elections, in an effort to help the GOP win control of Congress. The organization My Faith Votes recently held its National Voter Registration Sunday, “encouraging their congregations to be involved and to be voting.”

14. STEVE BANNON EXPLAINS STAKES OF 2022 MIDTERMS: Steve Bannon said that Democrats are trying to distract conservatives from the midterms by attacking Trump and Trump allies. Bannon said, “We can’t let them divert us from our mission. We have to bring everything to bear to destroy the Democratic Party at the ballot box on November 8. And that is our mission. There is no substitute for victory.”

15. SWITZERLAND, POLAND, AND PENNSYLVANIA MARCH FOR LIFE: 10,000 people participated in Poland’s March for Life, joined via a video speech by President Andrzej Duda, Poland’s pro-life, pro-family president. 1,000 marched in the Swiss March for Life, and 5,000 joined Pennsylvania’s March for Life.

16. PRO-LIFE FILM LIFEMARK REACHES NO. 2 AT BOX OFFICE: Thus far, the film has brought in over $4.3 million. Actor and producer Alex Kendrick said, “We’ve got just a flood of responses and people even making decisions for Christ in the theater.” Watch the trailer and get your tickets today!

HYMN OF THE WEEK

Day By Day by Lina Sandell Berg

Day by day, and with each passing moment,
Strength I find, to meet my trials here.
Trusting in my Father’s wise bestowment,
I’ve no cause for worry or for fear!
He Whose heart is kind beyond all measure
Gives unto each day what He deems best—
Lovingly, its part of pain and pleasure,
Mingling toil with peace and rest.

Every day, the Lord Himself is near me
With a special mercy for each hour.
All my cares He fain would bear, and cheer me,
He Whose Name is Counselor and Pow’r.
The protection of His child and treasure
Is a charge that on Himself He laid!
“As thy days, thy strength shall be in measure,”
This the pledge to me He made.

Help me then in every tribulation
So to trust Thy promises, O Lord,
That I lose not faith’s sweet consolation
Offered me within Thy holy Word!
Help me, Lord, when toil and trouble meeting,
E’er to take, as from a Father’s hand,
One by one, the days, the moments fleeting,
Till I reach the Promised Land!
