This post is meant to be contrasted with the one that preceded it; therein, videos were used to picture the stance against crime in CA and NY. Florida is run by a strong republican governor, whereas CA and NY are run by democrats. The safety of citizens used to be the most fundamental concern of state lawmakers and enforcers; that is no longer the case, unless you make it the case when you vote.
Below are three very brief videos that show the impact of democratic policies such as Prop 47; 57; and Bail Reform on communities in California and New York. Video 1: two minutes long, shows clips of crimes against business owners and in interview with one who has armed himself; video 2; one minute, gives the outcome of 14 criminals who were arrested for smash and grab crimes; video 3, three minutes, shows what New York lawmakers are doing to tweak their terrible and hated (by citizens) bail reform policy (no doubt a mad scramble that they might be re-elected).
