In Georgia, the Senate released an election report which found evidence of “coordinated illegal activity.”…In Arizona, election officials are refusing to comply with a subpoena to audit the voting machines and as well as the ballots…In Pennsylvania, the Trump legal team is pushing a new case to be heard by the Supreme Court.
In the video, the president pointed to hundreds of millions of dollars tagged for the Egyptian military, Cambodia, Burma, “gender programs” in Pakistan, and funding for other countries…Trump also noted that tens of millions of dollars are going to the Kennedy Center in Washington, “which is not even open for business,” as well as the National Gallery of Arts and the Smithsonian… “Despite all of this wasteful spending, the $900 billion package provides hardworking taxpayers only $600 [to Americans] in relief payments,” he said, arguing that not enough cash is being provided to small business owners who have suffered during the pandemic induced lockdowns.

They alleged that the secretary is the state’s chief election officer, that he has the authority and responsibility to manage Georgia’s electoral system, and that he, along with the election board members, has the duty to promulgate rules and regulations to obtain uniformity in the practices of election officials and to ensure a fair, legal, and orderly conduction of elections,” the panel wrote, referencing Jacobson v. Florida Secretary of State.
“As I got finished voting, I walked out and the Warnock bus pulled in. Warnock was on there, they had their whole entourage. They had all the mainstream media that were there—The New York Times. They just had all these followers, it started turning into what I called a circus. They were talking about getting free food, go vote and you can get free food off the truck. President Donald Trump’s multilayered effort to challenge the results of the election is expected to culminate on Jan. 6, 2021, when the Electoral College vote count will almost surely be challenged by a group of Republican lawmakers who vow to block electors from seven states where allegations of voter fraud and misconduct have been raised….The Republican presidential electors in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico cast procedural votes for Trump on Dec. 14, creating dual slates of electors in Congress for the first time since 1960.
One of President Donald Trump’s lawyers said YouTube removed his opening statement from a Senate Homeland Security hearing on election fraud…“YouTube has decided that my opening statement in the U.S. [Senate], given under oath and based upon hard evidence, is too dangerous for you to see; they removed it. To this day, ‘our evidence has never been refuted, only ignored.’ Why is Google so afraid of the truth? #BigBrother,” lawyer Jesse Binnall wrote on Twitter.
A former judge from Wisconsin, who is now representing the Trump campaign in the state, told lawmakers that he believes intimidation by the left has prevented lawyers and judges from accepting and hearing election fraud cases…“We have to acknowledge that the court system has been deeply intimidated by the left, just as the lawyers have been intimidated,” James Troupis told the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Dec. 16. “And that’s a sad, sad state of affairs.”
Last week, Rep. Mike Kelly’s (R-Pa.) lawyers filed a new petition to the Supreme Court arguing that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court was incorrect when it dismissed their case. The nation’s top court had previously rejected the group’s request for immediate injunctive relief to block Pennsylvania from taking further steps to certify the 2020 election results.
“Trump is lied to by his own advisers, who tell staff ‘get the president to concede’ while they stall Trump,” Byrne wrote on Twitter on Dec. 20…Byrne specifically pointed to White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, General Counsel Pat Cipollone, and a pair of attorneys who he referred to by their first names, Eric and Derek. The White House didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time.
