PUNTA GORDA, Fla.–As students are arriving on college campuses across the state, so are “deadly drugs,” according to Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody. A “lesser known” synthetic drug called eutylone is “claiming an alarming number of lives in Florida,” she said. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), more than half of overdose deaths in Florida are attributed to eutylone….. For instance, Moody estimates that billions of people ranging in age from 10 to 34 use the big four social media sites, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. Organization for Social Media Safety, Marc Berkman told reporters in September 2021 that his nonprofit ran an “informal test” and found they were able to “connect with a drug dealer on multiple social media sites in under three minutes.”

Wisconsin Sounds Alarm Over 97 Percent Increase in Fentanyl Deaths – Epoch Times

Fentanyl deaths due to overdose have increased by 97 percent since 2019 in Wisconsin, the state’s health department announced in an advisory to warn residents about drugs laced with synthetic substances, especially fentanyl…. Wisconsin’s announcement comes amid news that seizures of fentanyl at the southern U.S. border increased by over 200 percent in July. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) statistics released on Aug. 15 showed that border agents seized 2,130 pounds of fentanyl—which is more than three times the 702 pounds that were intercepted in June, and which exceeds the previous monthly record of nearly 1,300 pounds set in April.

For the uninitiated, GIDS offers various services to children struggling with gender identity issues. The NHS announcement was long overdue. In truth, Tavistock is an “absolutely broken institution,” and GIDS appears to have done far more harm than good. As The Daily Mail’s Sue Reid recently noted, the decision to close GIDS is “a vital and long overdue step in righting the wrongs of what could perhaps be the biggest medical scandal this century—the routine use of puberty-blocking drugs on children.” Not just a few children either. Some experts laugh at this idea, while others, including farmers, warn that bad weather, the rising costs of food production, particularly with higher prices for diesel fuel and fertilizer, and a broken supply chain will lead to empty shelves in grocery stores by the fall. Certain federal policies seem almost deliberately aimed at creating a crisis rather than managing one. … Given this uncertain future, we might heed that old chestnut: “Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.” And there are several ways we can easily do so….
