As A Man Thinketh In His Heart….

This post contains a 13-minute mp4 of the Late Dr. Robert A. Cook’s broadcast, Walk With The King. Today, he talked about thoughts, prayer and the Christian walk. I was impacted by his message and spent time thinking and praying on the matter. After the message, there are scriptures related to the message from throughout the Bible, for those who would like to know more about what the Bible says about thoughts.

A Picture Of Repentance – Voddie Baucham Sermon Excerpt

This post contains a 14-minute sermon excerpt of Matthew 7:13 and 14 by Voddie Baucham. He describes the narrow gate and hard way very clearly; he also provided a clear biblical picture of repentance. If you were saved via the sinner’s prayer, then you will be shocked. There are a few other pastors in our time that describe these things similarly, John MacArthur and Paul Washer for example. I chose to excerpt this brief section from his 72-minute sermon for that picture of repentance, as I believe it is rarely preached in the church of our day. If you want to understand just what the way of life that Christ described in Matthew 7 looks like, then please listen to this excerpt. The last 3 minutes are a closing prayer. Baucham’s entire sermon is also posted for those who might like to hear it. I listened to it several times over the past week; it is worthy of book marking and returning to until it is digested

Jared Kushner Addresses FBI Raid on Trump Home for First Time – Epoch Times

Former White House adviser Jared Kushner gave his first interview following the FBI raid targeting the home of his father-in-law, former President Donald Trump, on Sunday night…. “But what’s happening now is the same thing being done by the same people in the same way,” Kushner said, “they’re leaking to the same sources, they’re manufacturing fabulous claims that then get debunked shortly thereafter.” Kushner said: “It is giving a lot of people who want to believe in the fairness of the judicial system and our democracy a lot of pause and concern.”

We Have Been Deceived To Follow Our Heart – Dr Voddie Baucham

Pastor Voddie Baucham compares the myths of Greco-Roman romantic love to biblical love. While his focus was on warning single men and women about the dangers of allowing themselves to become involved with non-believers, listeners will hear a definition of romantic love and of biblical love along with examples of each. This message is worth hearing for singles and for married Christian people, as Christ would have us love our spouses as He loves His church.

How To Share The Gospel With An Atheist – Paul Washer

At the 2021 Fellowship Conference, Paul Washer was asked the following question: So I was saved about two years ago from, well, atheism, and I have a pretty atheistic family. And so I’ve been trying to share the gospel with them. Ever since I was saved. And just finally, recently, I’m engaged in a conversation with my sister, and she’s wanting to get into a discussion about evidence and I’m just curious if you guys can touch on should I engage in that or not? [He provided a 6-minute answer that will offer you help if you have unsaved family and friends that you desire to reach.]
