“I suspect the Supreme Court is going to meet in conference [Friday] to decide whether to grant Texas’ motion to file the original action”…Eastman said that because around 20 states, various state House members, President Trump himself, and more than 100 GOP House representatives have signed on to support the Texas lawsuit, that should be enough pressure on the Supreme Court to take the case.
