Before his conversion, Tim lived a wild, worldly, hedonistic life. He was addicted to alcohol and used various types of drugs. He tried to manage his sins…while he attended college; later, he began his career as an mechanical engineer, having believed that he could quit his addictions after college, not so.
In addition to his personal problems, his parents were both diagnosed with cancer. A personal crisis ensued….
In the next post, Pastor Conway will be talking about sexual sin to a youth group. I wanted his testimony posted initially, so that readers might get a glimpse of the man behind the words.
Because I recently posted a long series on paganism that spoke of their reveling in sexual sin, drug usage…I wanted to follow that with posts that speak of the Christian view on such things; and the warfare that occurs in born-again believers lives regarding sexual sins, in addition to all types of sin.
It is my prayer that pagans, and all unsaved people, will learn something about the grace of God to repentant sinners. The grace of God is bigger than any sin.
