Dr. MacArthur opened by noting that our culture is enamored with futuristic fantasy; but that God’s conception of the future is reality, and that reality is stated on the pages of scripture: he cited passages from Psalm 2; Isaiah 2 and 13; and Revelation 19. The video in this post is the most thorough explanation of the ‘great reset’ that I have heard, and I have been searching for understanding on this matter. It tells who wrote the book by that title and heads the World Economic Forum; the WEF strategies for establishing control of the masses of this earth, as though the earth were a large welfare state; their goals and values, and more. Dr. Hammond’s explanation of the Great Reset will enable readers to see that Christianity is a hindrance to them which must be removed; furthermore, that we cannot compromise the gospel message or our own values, we must stand for the faith.
Tucker Carlson interviewed the leader of the Satanic Temple, Lucien Greaves, about the Satanic after-school club newly started in Illinois. Greaves noted that via involvement in that club, students could learn benevolence, empathy and personal sovereignty. He also noted that the club was within the limits of the law and the constitution while also permitted via free speech and religious liberties. Tucker Carlson raised valid concerns with which many parents will likely agree.
The following 13 minute video by Academy of Ideas describes the totalitarian movement that is currently sweeping the globe. They characterize it as a religion requiring absolute loyalty of its followers; a religion wherein the ‘state’ is god. Past failures of such systems are stated while they point out that similar current abuses by those in power are quite easy to identify for those who are willing to see them. As I listened to the video, I realized that I wanted to comment on some things they did not emphasize, chiefly, what keeps people believing in the utopian lies of this totalitarian system.
(GAB News) The tech oligarchs are all in on the “metaverse” as the new system of enslavement and control. The metaverse is an immersive virtual world where people will be working, playing, and existing. The theory is they put on a headset and slip away into virtual “reality” where they will spend all of their time. Mark Zuckerberg is so invested in making this vision come to life that he has renamed Facebook’s parent company to “Meta” and has dramatically shifted the entire mission of his company. Disney’s CEO called it “the future” this week and is foaming at the mouth at the thought of having your kids plugged into a Disney “reality” every hour of the day.
Revelation 16:2 and 19:20 cite the “mark of the beast” as a sign that identifies those who worship the beast out of the sea ( Rev 13:1 ). This beast is usually identified as the antichrist. This mark is first mentioned in 13:16-17, where it is imposed on humanity by the beast out of the earth ( 13:11 ). This second beast is the false prophet ( 19:20 ), who forces the worship of the antichrist and brands those who do so with the mark. This mark is equivalent to the beast’s name or number ( 13:17 ; cf. 14:11 ). This enigmatic number is announced in 13:18 as 666.

Dr. Baucham explained the shady process by which the SBC got CRT and Intersectionality approved at their convention; he explained cultural Marxism and its parts, including CRT and intersectionality; he explained the Dallas Statement, written by a panel of prominent Christian pastors to warn of cultural Marxism…the main point: cultural Marxism is opposed Christianity, the Christian worldview, and the gospel; it is unbiblical and it is wrong to try to incorporate it into Christianity [the SBC’s actions are leading sheep astray]
