WASHINGTON—Kristina Malimon from Portland, Oregon, says she speaks to people from all over the country and they seem to have lost hope. But that’s only because the majority of media are not reporting the full truth, Malimon said at a protest at the nation’s Capitol on Dec. 12, 2020.
“Justice, justice that we’re watching play out in spades, justice will always triumph over abuse and fraud,” said Flynn, who has traveled to six continents. “Our justice has to triumph … that’s one thing that makes us different from the rest of the world.”
“The nation has never seen this level of injustice before and the people are aroused,” McEwan said. If the courts do not insert themselves to correct violations of state constitutions as we’ve seen in states like Pennsylvania, McEwan said, then there may be no recourse this election cycle and the people need to make sure bad actors are removed from office “we we can have an honest election.”

Judge Kevin Elsenheimer ruled Thursday that Attorney General Dana Nessel can intervene on behalf of Benson’s office in the case that had questioned the election results on Nov. 3. Benson argued that she had supervisory control over the Antrim County election clerk’s office, saying that she had an interest in any audits being done.
House Speaker David Ralston, a Republican, told reporters in Atlanta that he is going to try to get a constitutional amendment passed that would take the power to select the secretary of state from voters and give it to legislators…Ralston described himself as “completely shocked” that Raffensperger’s office refused to participate in a state hearing on Thursday. “I don’t ever remember in my time serving in this general assembly, a constitutional officer refusing to come before a House or a Senate committee….
