The 8-minute Newsmax-video of this post featured Rev. Franklin Graham speaking about numerous things, including Bishop Buddy’s lecture of President Trump at the National Cathedral service of Tuesday. Graham stated several points regarding the errors of the bishop. I added several points that he did not mention, viewing the matter from the worldview of the activist bishop.
In the last post on syncretism, Martyn Lloyd-Jones preached on the Devil and the nations and a short of a John MacArthur sermon was used to introduce MLJ’s sermon. Marxism was a peripheral topic under consideration by each of those men in that Marxists are confirmed in their opposition to Christianity. This post is just going to set down a partial list of points that have been established about Christianity and Marxism in this brief series on syncretism: the list shows that these systems contradict one another.

The God of the Bible forbids syncretism. In looking at Marxism from this perspective, it becomes clear that the trendy contemporary movement to incorporate Cultural Marxism into Christianity is wrong for at least two reasons: Marxism is atheistic and looks to the Devil as its mentor; syncretism is wrong and forbidden by God…. If you belong to a church wherein CM is being integrated with the weekly sermon, best leave for the sake of your soul.

In the video of this post, Pastor Michael Grant talks about a conference scheduled by the Gospel Coalition, a questionable organization partly created by woke preacher Tim Keller, wherein David Platt and other ‘side B’ Christian pastors will be preaching. Among those preachers is Allistair Begg.
In the video of this post, Pastor Michael Grant summarized the two-hour documentary on David Platt. He also showed clips of sermons by Platt. Therein, Platt was teaching CRT, preaching “White privilege.” That is about as far as a pastor can get from teaching the Bible.
This post contains a video short describing the hostile takeover of McLean Bible Church by David Platt and SBC. There are links to the documentary, parts 1 and 2. Also, a link to a post from this blog published in February of 2024 with a 12-minute overview of the scandal. The big point is that when cultural Marxist pastors enter into a church wearing their deceptive sheep’s clothing, the church is likely to become something other than a Bible-preaching church thereafter. Cultural Marxism is atheistic, anti-Christian, despite that many pastors are drinking it down, compromising to woke culture.
