I have personally not worked out many of the details of the end times. I have noticed that even the best theologians of the church, past and present, disagree on many points. However, I believe that pastor Grant’s video provides many solid bits of information for Christians to build upon as they study these things.
The coming one-world religion:
Highlights [bracketed statements, underscoring and emboldening are mine]:
- This one-world religion is practically here already: the Pope has been busy bringing most religions together under his ecumenical, inter-faith umbrella

- Pastor Grant emphasized that mainstream media is either distracting people from the above by entertainment…; or they are feeding them propaganda that keeps them unaware; and the leftist media hates God and wants us to do the same [summary statement]
- Revelation 13:1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority
- 2 Corinthians 4:4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them
- Revelation 13:7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation
- “Every tribe, tongue and nation” is a reference to the one-world government
- A reference to the one-world economic system [below]
- Revelation 13:17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name
- Our focus in this post is on the one-world religion:
- Revelation 13:8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world
- ‘All who dwell… will worship him:’ they will be worshiping Satan, via his representative, the Anti-Christ
- How do we identify the Anti-Christ and his beast system, his one-world regime; where is his throne?
- Revelation 17:1 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,
- The ‘harlot’ is the false church
- The book of Revelation contrasts the ‘true’ church with the ‘false’ church
- The true church is depicted as the ‘bride,’ pure and white; the false church, as the ‘harlot’
- The true church is faithful; the false church is not, it has been described as whorish, as in the KJV, the ‘whore of Babylon’
- Again, the false, one-world religion / church is called the ‘great harlot’ above, and the ‘whore of Babylon’ in the KJV
- This church ‘sat on many waters;’ that is, it is world-wide, universal, everywhere
- Rev 17:2 with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication”
- That is, this false church is ‘in bed’ with the kings of the earth = it is a political entity
- Vatican City, where the Pope lives, is not only the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church, RCC, but it is also a nation, it is called the Holy See
- Therefore, it is a political entity, it is the smallest nation on earth
- The Pope is recognized by the United Nations as a religious leader and a head of state
- Rev 17:4 The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication
- Purple and scarlet are the colors worn by the RCC hierarchy
- Rev 17:5 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH
- The center of worship in the RCC is the ‘golden cup’
- ‘Mystery Babylon:’ the doctrine of the RCC has been blended with Paganism [the term to describe that is, syncretism. God hates such things, per His word]
- Pastor Grant connected Babylon Mystery religion with ‘queen of heaven’ from Jeremiah; then to modern Catholicism
- Today, the Pope calls Mary [mother of Jesus] queen of heaven; worshiping the queen of heaven is part of Babylonian mystery religion
- The Bible never called Mary by that name
- God hated the queen of heaven, per Jeremiah
- Jeremiah 44:17 But we will certainly do whatever has gone out of our own mouth, to burn incense to the queen of heaven and pour out drink offerings to her, as we have done, we and our fathers, our kings and our princes, in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. For then we had plenty of food, were well-off, and saw no trouble. [one verse from passage; this passage presents the queen of heaven as a way in which Israel rebelled against God]

- Rev 17:6 I saw the woman, [the Harlot, the false church] drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement
- Pastor Grant referenced Halley’s Bible Handbook, a book about martyrs of the church, Christians who were killed by the RCC
- Billy Graham had all the portions of Halley’s Bible Handbook removed that implicated the RCC; he gave away the book to those who attended his crusades
- Rev 17:7 But the angel said to me, “Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns
- Rev 17:9 “Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits
- Rome is the city that sits on 7 mountains
- The one-world, false church which will persecute the saints in the end times is located in Rome
- Pastor Grant speculated that the leader of the one-world false religion, the Anti-Christ, would likely allow people to continue their personal traditions of their own faiths…, as long as they take his mark and bow to his image
- A Christian cannot do that, to do so would be to renounce Christ
- After 9-11 there was a memorial ceremony wherein the Pope gathered with leaders of all the other religions, presiding over that ecumenical, interfaith prayer service
- At the time, Pastor Grant wondered who they were praying to

- They have a lot more in common than most people think
- Again, the Pope is bringing most religions under his ecumenical, interfaith umbrella; only the fundamentalists in each religion are opposed to the efforts of the RCC; that is why the Pope called ‘fundamentalism’ a plague that needs to be eradicated
- In the end times the saints will be persecuted by the beast:
- Rev 13:7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.
- WHAT IS THE TAKE-AWAY?
- If you’ve never placed your faith in Christ, then you need to do it now before it is too late
- 2 Thessalonians 2 says that once the Anti-Christ is revealed… those who rejected Christ will receive a ‘strong delusion’ from God such that they will believe the lie [and perish spiritually]
- Repent of your sins and trust in Christ, his death, burial and resurrection for the forgiveness of sin; then find a good church where the whole counsel of God is preached; get baptized and start serving

Queen of heaven: [from the Treasury of Scripture Knowledge, E-sword] or, frame of heaven. As the Sun was worshipped, not only under the name of baal shamayim “Lord of heaven,” but also by that of Molech or King; it is likely also that the Moon was adored as melecheth hashshamayim “the Queen of heaven.” So the Orphic hymn addressed to the Moon begins Κλυθι θεα ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΑ, “Hear, goddess Queen.” And Homer, in his Hymn to the Moon, addresses her, Χαιρε, ανασσα, θεα “All hail, Queen, goddess.” In Epiphanius, we find some women of Arabia, towards the end of the fourth century, had set up another queen of heaven, the Virgin Mary, too well known since under that name and character, whom they likewise worshipped as a goddess, by holding stated assemblies every year to her honour, and by offering a cake of bread in her name; whence these heretics were called Collyridians, from the Greek κολλυρις, a cake. Jer_7:18; 2Ki_17:16
