A poll observer in Georgia said during a state Senate subcommittee meeting that she witnessed upwards of 90 percent of the military ballots being cast for Joe Biden.

Debbie Fisher, an observer in Cobb County, said Wednesday that she was part of the voter review for the Nov. 16 hand recount.

Fisher stated that on that day, she reviewed 298 military ballots in Cobb County. And of those, somewhere between 80 and 90 percent were going in favor of Biden.

“Throughout the day, it made me sicker to see” them all going for Biden, she said, adding: “I find that statistically impossible.” In that part of Cobb County, she said, traditionally, voters typically cast ballots for Republicans—not Democrats—based on her experience in prior elections.

“Of those ballots, as I walked through them piece by piece … I noticed something disturbing,” Fisher said. “They were inordinately perfect” in how they were filled out, Fisher said. “They were all perfectly filled out,” she added.

“About 90 percent of them had no paper folds,” she further stated, flagging the scenario as anomalous.

“I was told that in Cobb County, the military is required to mail these in,” Fisher told the lawmakers, adding that it’s impossible for ballots to have no paper folds if they are mailed in.

Fisher also recalled that she challenged the military ballots and asked them to be thrown out due to the issues she raised. The on-site election official refused and said the ballots were legitimate, according to Fisher.

“People talk about obstruction, they talk about rudeness, they talk about whatever, but I can honestly tell you there was obstruction,” she added of the behavior of the election workers.

Fisher called on the senators to conduct a further review on how military ballots are counted.

The Epoch Times has reached out to the Georgia Secretary of State’s office and Cobb County for comment.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger’s office said earlier this week that Cobb County’s signature-match audit found “no fraudulent absentee ballots.”

The Cobb County Elections Department had “a 99.99 percent accuracy rate in performing correct signature verification procedures,” according to his office.

“The absentee ballot envelopes for the audit were ‘pulled from 30 randomly selected boxes of the accepted ABM ballots and one box identified as accepted Electronic Ballot Delivery ABM ballots.’ Each of the boxes that held the ballots were previously ‘secured in boxes by the Cobb County Elections Department’ and were selected by a random number generator,” according to the news release.

Fisher responded to a question from a lawmaker about the signature-match audit, saying that election officials certified the signature-match audit “with no observers available to watch how they audited them.”
