Pastoral Perspective on Politics [and Voting] – Jonny Ardavanis

This post contains 2 videos; the first is a 6-minute video that provides a quick assessment of how a Christian should think about voting; the second, is an hour long and is a panel discussion with Todd Friel and other pastors.

I first saw the pastor in the video 1 in various brief interviews he conducted with Pastor John MacArthur. I linked a playlist below of such interviews he conducted with many other pastors about Bible questions that people frequently ask.

The second video explores voter values…, how people come to decisions about which candidate to vote for and such things.

First video was copied and pasted from the YouTube site, Dial In Ministries (site information and bio are below second video):

Second video: “Should Christians Vote for Trump? Detailed Breakdown”   This video is embedded, so you can listen at the host YouTube channel.

In this video, Jonny answers questions such as, “should we refrain from voting if we don’t like either candidate?”, “can we vote from the lesser of two evils?” “Do we need to bring about political reform in order that there can be a spiritual revival?”
