Attorneys general for Arkansas, Alabama, Missouri, and Louisiana say they support a motion put forward by Texas. The motion asks the nation’s top court for permission to sue Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin over election integrity.
A spokesperson for the DOJ later said that news outlets “incorrectly reported that the DOJ has concluded its investigation of election fraud and announced an affirmative finding of no fraud in the election…About 26 Republican lawmakers signed off on a letter sent by Rep. Lance Gooden (R-Texas) that seeks “to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate election irregularities,”
The Chinese consulate in Houston was shut down this July. And governor Kemp appears to have had a close relationship with the consul generals over the past decade.
Georgia’s Coffee County sent out a letter last week saying they couldn’t certify its results after a second recount, although the Georgia secretary of state’s office re-certified the results several days later…“Raffensperger is more interested in covering up his gross incompetence than securing the integrity of our elections,” Hice wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.
