“The Times columnist Melanie Phillips says has told Sky News “Jerusalem is not safe” as conflict flares up in the Middle East. Ms Phillips, who spoke with Sky News host Andrew Bolt from Jerusalem, said “more than a thousand rockets” came in overnight. “Which is quite unprecedented,” she said.
Practically everything from public safety to education (!) to foreign policy to the border to the military has gone haywire in months with worse undoubtedly to come. … But it has reached such a level in today’s America that speculation about who is really in charge is endless—Barack Obama, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, several people inside the administration like chief of staff Ron Klain, Kamala Harris, Jill Biden, Nancy Pelosi, AOC and her entourage, even Michelle Obama. …what we are seeing in action… is nascent American Communism throughout our federal government, not to mention many of our more populous blue states. …That Antifa and Black Lives Matter—both self-admittedly Marxist organizations wreaking havoc on our city streets—are never criticized by our current administration and are left to do what they do is just one example of the spread of this burgeoning communism.
More than 120 retired generals, admirals, and military officers signed a letter that warned that the United States is embroiled in an existential fight and called on “all citizens” to get involved in local and state politics. “We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty,” stated the letter (pdf), which was signed by 124 former generals and admirals, released by “Flag Officers 4 America.”
The Deplorable Choir sings some fine songs about conservative values, some would likely require a “trigger” warning however…but this video addresses several issues in a mostly appropriate manner. I particularly like how they addressed those who hate America, offering them a ticket out
“We’re expecting to see price increases to continue through the week, and in particular in the southeast region and in the northeast, because we are seeing directly impacted areas along the terminals of the pipeline that remain out,” Devin Gladden with the American Automobile Association (AAA) told The Epoch Times. …Rising fuel prices before the attack stemmed in part from a shortage of gas tanker drivers as other industries attracted people who may otherwise drive the trucks. The country has also seen higher demand in recent months, as well as a higher cost for oil.
“Waterboarding has been shown to be very effective,” said the anonymous source. “But that’s been replaced now. Now we just pop in a tape of Robin DiAngelo, Stacey Abrams, or Joy Behar. Sometimes we’ll really ramp things up and make them watch Coca-Cola’s diversity training on a 12-hour loop.”
Biden explained that all of this negative coverage was starting to make him look bad. He said that things like his wild federal spending, paying people not to work, and soft border policies have nothing to do with the current state of the country. “Hopefully, a good old-fashioned gas price hike and shortage will finally give me a quieter news cycle.”
