Dear Friends,

Winston Churchill once said, “You have enemies? Good. That means you’ve stood up for something, sometime in your life.” We should not become surprised or disheartened when the enemies of truth accelerate their open assault on liberty. Nor should we irresponsibly sit on the sidelines, bemoaning the tide of evil or simply proposing the best actions to be taken by others. As Teddy Roosevelt famously said, “It’s not the critic who counts…the credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena…” Be strong! Be hopeful! Stand courageously! You were born “for such a time as this” (Esther 3:13-14)!

1. ROE V. WADE MAY BE OVERTURNED: A leaked draft of the Supreme Court’s decision contained the majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito: “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.” Alito was joined by Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett, and Thomas. While Chief Justice John Roberts called the leak “a betrayal” and ordered an investigation, Roberts alarmingly said that the draft does not represent “the final position of any member” of the court in the case.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) called the leaked decision a “massive victory for life” and a “shocking breach of trust.” Conservative activists and politicians, including Josh Hawley and Mike Lee, have called on the Supreme Court to immediately release its decision.

2. THE LEFT UNHINGED: Responding to the leak, radical leftist Representative Cori Bush (D-MO) urged, “Abolish the filibuster. Codify Roe. Expand the Supreme Court. Protect abortion rights by any means necessary.” Representative Adam Shiff (D-CA) tweeted, “I don’t care how the draft leaked…Codifying Roe isn’t enough. We must expand the court.” Senator Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said the Senate will soon vote on codifying Roe v. Wade into law.

Whether by intention or by accident, President Biden actually admitted that an unborn child is…a child. “So I mean, the idea that we’re going to make a judgment that is going to say that no one can make the judgment to choose to abort a child, based on a decision by the Supreme Court, I think goes way overboard.” Biden also called the “MAGA crowd…the most extreme political organization that’s existed…in recent American history.”

Kamala Harris responded, “Those Republican leaders who are trying to weaponize the use of the law against women…how dare they! How dare they tell a woman what she can do and what she can’t do with her own body! How dare they! How dare they try to stop her from determining her own future! How dare they try to deny women their rights and their freedoms!”

Amazon joined Citigroup, Yelp, Uber, Lyft, Bumble, Match Group, and Salesforce, becoming the latest corporate giant to announce funding for abortion-related employee travel.

Ed. Note: In 1974, Biden told the Washingtonian, “I don’t like the Supreme Court decision on abortion. I think it went too far.” And in 1982, Biden voted in favor of an amendment that would have reversed Roe. 

3. CALLS INCREASE FOR POLITICAL PRESSURE AND VIOLENCE: Fence barricades went up around the Supreme Court. In Los Angeles, violent protestors destroyed private property, assaulted police, and defaced a sidewalk in protest to the leaked ruling. Leftist TikTokers have called for “riots,” “gas,” and “torches”; “burning it all to the ground” by targeting “all those old white men and the women who support them”; and “mayhem in the streets” that will dwarf the “global protests around George Floyd.” Michelle Malkin notes, “The aborticrats are not just nuts. They’re evil.”

Leftist group Ruth Sent Us is distributing home addresses to the six Republican-appointed justices, declaring their intent to descend on “the homes of the six extremist justices, three in Virginia and three in Maryland.”

Senator Josh Hawley told Tucker Carlson, “Abortion is religion for the left,” stating that leftists are “willing to do anything to defend that religion and to force it on everybody else, and that is why they’re willing to burn down the court as an institution…they’re only for the institution if it does exactly what they say it should do.”

4. D’SOUZA EXPOSES VOTER FRAUD IN NEW DOCUMENTARY: Dinesh D’Souza’s latest documentary, “2,000 Mules,” fully exposes DNC fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The Epoch Times summarizes, “The documentary used cell phone signal tracking, digital geo-fencing, and video surveillance tapes of absentee ballot drop boxes to show that paid intermediaries called ‘mules’ unlawfully gathered and delivered hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots in Democrat strongholds across much of the nation in the 2020 election.”

Ed. Note: D’Souza’s documentary was released on the same day that the Supreme Court leak occurred. Is the timing coincidental, or is the left trying to distract from this new evidence detailing election fraud?

5. VACCINE CARNAGE CONTINUES: One German study reports that serious Covid vaccine injuries may be 40 times higher than what was initially reported! Children’s Health Defense reports, “Judicial Watch today said documents obtained from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services show lipid nanoparticles from Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine were found in the liver, ovaries and other organs 48 hours after injection, and Johnson & Johnson vaccine particles were present in test animals months after injection.”

A vaccine study led by epidemiologist Professor Rickard Ljung of the Swedish Medical Products Agency from late December 2020 to early October 2021 studied 23.1 million people and found an increased risk of heart issues (pericarditis or myocarditis) after a second Covid vaccine shot.

After studying VAERS data, The Exposé reports that a stroke is 115 times more likely to be suffered after a Covid-19 vaccine than after a flu vaccine. The Exposé suggests that the high number of strokes caused after vaccination “may explain why so many of the vaccinated are also going blind.” According to The Exposé, data from Britain’s Office for National Statistics reveals that children who have taken the Covid-19 vaccine are 52 times more likely to die after vaccination than children who are unvaccinated.

The Washington Post published an article entitled, “Covid Deaths No Longer Overwhelmingly Among the Unvaccinated as Toll on Elderly Grows.”

In a brave speech before the European Union’s new “COVID-19 inquiry committee,” MEP Christine Anderson said, “Covid’ vaccines’ caused 20 times as many serious side effects and 23 times as many deaths as all other vaccines in the past 20 years combined.”

6. CNN AND THE CCP FAVOR BIDEN’S INFORMATION CZAR: Responding to Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter, CNN “media analyst” David Zurawik said, “There’s a bigger problem here about how we’re going to control the channels of communications in this country.”

In a 2020 article, China Daily, the media mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), favorably cited Nina Jankowicz, Biden’s new information czar, for her criticism of the idea that Covid-19 leaked from a lab in Wuhan: “Putting the blame on a Wuhan lab helps the Trump administration find a scapegoat. It becomes more politically convenient for Trump.” 

7. CONSERVATIVE LAWMAKERS SLAM BIDEN’S MINISTRY OF TRUTH:  Senator Rand Paul detailed the many times the federal government got it wrong on Covid-19, telling Homeland Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, “Do you know who the greatest propagator of disinformation in the history of the world is? The U.S. government.” Read or watch the full exchange here. Senator Ron Johnson said the Orwellian board “should frighten anyone who values liberty and understands how crucial free speech is in maintaining that liberty.”

Tulsi Gabbard stated, “Every dictatorship has a propaganda arm—a ‘Ministry of Truth.’ The Biden Administration has now formally joined the ranks of such dictatorships with their creation of the so-called ‘Disinformation Governance Board.’”

8. BILL GATES’ RELEASES NEW BOOK AND WARNS OF NEXT PANDEMIC: Bill Gates has officially released his new book, “How to Prevent the Next Pandemic.” The book comes as Gates has recently warned that another Covid variant could be “even more transmissive and fatal” and that the risk of a deadlier variant surfacing is “way above 5%.” As a solution, Gates wants increased funding for the World Health Organization, along with a $1 billion a year pandemic response team (GERM).

9. MORE HITS ON THE FOOD SUPPLY: The latest fires at food processing plants include the Perdue Farms facility in Chesapeake, Virginia, and the Saladino’s plant in Fresno, California. The mainstream Guardian reports that an Iowa egg factory killed 5.3 million chickens due to “avian flu” and then fired every worker. 10. LGBT AGENDA: An Illinois school district is grooming preschoolers with sexual and orientation as part of the district’s LGBTQ+ Equity Month. For the first time ever, the nation of Israel will honor a “transgender” soldier as part of the country’s annual Independence Day state ceremony. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra suggested that minors should choose for themselves if they want irreversible “gender-reassignment” procedures or unapproved puberty blockers. Incoming White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who is “married” to CNN’s Suzanne Malveaux, is making history as the first openly gay Press Secretary.

11. THE CHINAFICATION OF EUROPE: Coming two days after his victory over Marine Le Pen, French President Emmanuel Macron launched a “Digital Identity Guarantee Service,”  which would provide digital identity cards to citizens in alignment with the E.U. Commission’s European Digital Identity. Bavaria, Germany; Vienna, Austria; Bologna, Italy; and Belgium are planning China-style social credit systems. According to law, all new vehicles sold in Europe after July 6, 2022, must include a speeder limiter “to identify the speed limit and, if the car is exceeding it, to restrict the fuel flowing to the engine until the vehicle is at the limit speed.”

12. FAITH WANING IN THE UK: Liverpool Mayor Steve Rotheram called for bus companies to remove ads for Christian evangelist Franklin Graham’s upcoming tour of Liverpool, South Wales, Sheffield, and London. Rotheram said, “To say that I’m angry that the views of a known hate preacher — who has an appalling track record of homophobic and Islamophobic views — are being displayed anywhere in our city region would be an understatement.” The Church of Scotland voted 71% to 19% to approve homosexual “marriages.” A new survey found that only 6% of Brits claim to be practicing Christians. By comparison, 4% are practicing Muslims.

13. HOW SURVEILLED ARE AMERICANS? A new report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) states that FBI searches of Americans’ communication more than doubled in one year, going from 1.3 million in 2020 to 3.4 million in 2021. Intelligence agencies collected the data from internet service providers using the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). Documents show that the CDC tracked location data on millions of Americans’ phones to monitor Covid lockdown orders.

In related news, facial recognition company Clearview A.I. may soon be able to identify almost everyone on the planet. Clearview has amassed 10 billion images since 2020 and plans to scrape (or compile) 100 billion facial images from the internet by the end of 2022.

14. BUSINESSES WORK TO IMPLEMENT CLIMATE AGENDA: The World Economic Forum reports, “The latest round of negotiations on the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework was recently concluded in Geneva. For the first time at a United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) meeting, leading businesses turned out in force in support of more ambition.” Among other objectives, businesses called on governments “to encourage, incentivize or compel business to act to protect, restore and conserve nature through mandatory requirements to assess and disclose their impacts and dependencies on nature; setting an ambitious target to reduce their negative impacts by 50%, and addressing these impacts across their operations and value chains.”

Ed. Note: ESG stands for “Environmental, Social, and Governance.” Big Businesses are promoting the ESG agenda because it is intended to shut down smaller competitors who do not have the resources to go ESG.

15. NOTEWORTHY STORIES:

• A statue of Communist leader Vladimir Lenin has been re-erected in the Ukrainian town of Nova Kakhovka. Top Russian ally Belarus has called for the formation of a new USSR.
• A proposed bill in California would strip medical licenses from doctors who spread Covid “misinformation.”
• As drought worsens, the People’s Republic of California is restricting water for millions of residents.
• A new Bodycam video from January 6 shows a D.C. police officer assaulting an unconscious Rosanne Boyland.
• A new Barna study finds that 42% of American Protestant pastors are “seriously considering” leaving full-time ministry, citing stress, loneliness, and political divisions as top reasons.
• The Taliban is using biometric data left behind by the Biden Administration to target, kill, and torture former U.S. allies.
• Life Site News provides more proof that patriots are being purged from the military. At the same time, Children’s Health Defense explains why the Department of Defense’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate violates existing law.
• Operatives backed by Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and George Soros have formulated a letter demanding that advertisers boycott Twitter if Elon Musk makes the platform a haven for free speech.
• Did Emmanuel Macron steal the French presidential election? Though pre-election polls showed Macron and Le Pen running neck and neck, Macron eventually won around 17 points. En Volve notes that there were millions of damaged, uncounted ballots in the 2022 French election.

THE FREEDOM AGENDA

1. KIRK CAMERON RELEASES NEW DOCUMENTARY ON HOMESCHOOLING: Speaking of his new documentary, “The Homeschool Awakening,” actor/producer Kirk Cameron said, “Since the pandemic we’ve been made grossly aware of the inaccurate and the immoral things that the public school system has been teaching our children and our grandchildren. 2. GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS STRUGGLE WITH FUNDING: With homeschooling on the rise, many government schools are experiencing budget difficulties. The New American notes, “In Houston, for example, 11,000 students haven’t returned, forcing the district to cut $60 million from next year’s budget. In Olathe, Kansas, 800 students haven’t returned, forcing the district to cut 140 jobs. In Albuquerque, so many students are being homeschooled that the school district is facing a budget shortfall of $25 million. In Minneapolis, the school district has lost more than 4,000 students, resulting in a budget deficit of $27 million.”

3. OKLAHOMA GOVERNOR SIGNS HEARTBEAT BILL: Upon signing, Governor Kevin Stitt said, “I am proud to sign SB 1503, the Oklahoma Heartbeat Act, into law. I want Oklahoma to be the most pro-life state in the country because I represent all four million Oklahomans who overwhelmingly want to protect the unborn.” A new Fox News poll finds that a majority of Americans think abortion should be illegal “All of the time (11%) or Most of the time (43%).”

4. BOEBERT AND DESANTIS PUSH BACK AGAINST BIDEN’S MINISTRY OF TRUTH: Representative Lauren Boebert has introduced a new bill to defund Biden’s Ministry of Truth. Boebert said, “No tax dollars should go to where Biden can use the power of the federal government to silence truthful stories like Big Tech did with the Hunter Biden story.” Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said that Florida rejects Biden’s disinformation bureau.

5. VACCINE MANDATES OVERTURNED IN ITALY AND CALIFORNIA: The Rair Foundation reports, “Sicily’s Court of Administrative Justice has ruled that Italy’s mandatory Covid vaccination obligation is unconstitutional.” In California, the Children’s Health Defense has won two important victories, one against the Los Angeles Unified School District’s (LAUSD) vaccine mandate, and another against the Piedmont Unified School District’s vaccine mandate.

6. MANY AMERICANS ARE REFUSING VACCINES: Dr. Meryll Nass observes, “A surprising 15% of the initially vaccinated (and 11% of all Americans) never went back for their second shot…If you add together the 18% who refused any shot and the 11% (of all Americans) who refused to complete the initial series, you are up to 29% vaccine refusers and ex-vaxxers who did not get “fully vaccinated,” using CDC’s terminology.” Nass further notes that 36% of Americans refused the third shot, which would bring the refusal rate up to 65%!

7. SUPREME COURT RULES IN FAVOR OF CHRISTIAN FLAG: In a unanimous ruling, the court allowed Camp Constitution to fly a Christian flag for an event outside of Boston’s City Hall. The decision was successfully argued by Matt Staver of Liberty Counsel.

8. GOP CONGRESSWOMAN CALLS TRANSGENDER IDEOLOGY “CHILD ABUSE”: In a recent interview, Republican Representative Mary Miller said, “You cannot change your gender. It’s a lie. And people who have gender identity problems, I sympathize with them, but why are we going to go along with ‘The Emperor’s New Clothes’ and play along with this charade? I’m not going to do it. I mean, they’re purposely preventing the child’s physical development, and I’m calling it child abuse.”

9. ELON MUSK CALLS FOR RELEASE OF EPSTEIN CLIENT LIST: In an online exchange with an MSNBC host, billionaire Elon Musk called for a release of Jeffrey Epstein’s client list: “Where is their ‘client’ list? Shouldn’t at least one of them go down!?” Musk also called for an investigation into the Soros and Clinton-backed groups that are pushing companies to cut ads from Twitter.

10. MISSISSIPPI BANS VACCINE PASSPORTS, MANDATES: Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves signed a bill banning vaccine mandates and passports and protecting “Mississippians’ medical and religious freedoms,” joining eight other states who have already done the same. Health freedom advocate Del Bigtree commented, “I love that it’s not just banning it, but [also] making it illegal to even attempt to mandate it for one of your establishments.”
