AGENDA Weekly Brief
Week of March 1-7
Dear Friends,
J.C. Ryle urged, “Let us cleave to Christ more closely, love Him more heartily, live to Him more thoroughly, copy Him more exactly, confess Him more boldly, and follow Him more fully!”
1. PRESIDENT TRUMP DELIVERS HISTORIC ADDRESS TO CONGRESS: In his 100-minute address to both houses of Congress, President Donald Trump celebrated his “revolution of common sense.”
Trump declared, “America is back. Six weeks ago, I stood beneath the dome of this Capitol and proclaimed the dawn of the Golden Age of America. From that moment on, it has been nothing but swift and unrelenting action to usher in the greatest and most successful era in the history of our country. We have accomplished more in 43 days than most administrations accomplish in four years or eight years – and we are just getting started.”
President Trump called Biden “the worst president in American history” and stated, “Our country will be woke no longer.”
Trump listed his administration’s stunning wins thus far, including uncovering government fraud, dismantling DEI, protecting free speech, defending children and women’s sports, and stopping the illegal invasion. Trump called for a balanced budget, energy independence, military deterrence, tax cuts, and tariffs for an America First economy.
Republicans enthusiastically cheered, but Democrats booed, interrupted, or sat stone-faced. Rep. Al Green (D-TX) had to be escorted from the chamber for shouting and shaking his cane. Shortly after Green’s exit, Trump said, “This is my fifth such speech to Congress, and once again, I look at the Democrats in front of me, and I realize there is absolutely nothing I can say to make them happy or to make them stand or smile or applaud. Nothing I can do.”
2. TRUMP CELEBRATES AMERICA FIRST: Below are several notable quotes from President Trump’s speech:
- “The days of rule by unelected bureaucrats are OVER!”
- “The media and our friends in the Democrat Party kept saying we needed new legislation…to secure the border. But it turned out that all we really needed was a new president.”
- “Over 130,000 people according to the Social Security databases are aged over 160 years old. We have a healthier country than I thought, Bobby.”
- “Europe has sadly spent more money buying Russian oil and gas than they’ve spent on defending Ukraine, by far.”
- “My administration will be reclaiming the Panama Canal, and we’ve already started doing it.”
- “Our goal is to get toxins out of our environment, poisons out of our food supply, and keep our children healthy and strong.”
- “I want Congress to pass a bill permanently banning and criminalizing sex changes on children and forever ending the lie that any child is trapped in the wrong body. This is a big lie. And our message to every child in America is that you are perfect, exactly the way God made you.”
- “I was saved by God to make America great again.”
- “Now it is our time to take up the righteous cause of American liberty… With God’s help over the next four years…we are going to forge the freest, most advanced, most dynamic and most dominant civilization ever to exist on the face of this Earth.”
Former Democrat Sasha Stone said Trump “stared down the Democrats and gave maybe the best speech of his entire political career.” Brit Hume said the speech cements Trump’s place as “the political colossus of our time and our nation.”
A CBS survey found that 76% of viewers approved of the speech, while a CNN survey put the figure at 69%.
3. DID DEMOCRATS JUST LOSE MILLIONS OF VOTERS? During his speech, President Trump honored victims of woke ideology and their families in attendance:
- Laken Riley and Jocelyn Nungaray were both murdered by illegals.
- Female volleyball star Payton McNabb suffered a traumatic brain injury from a male player.
- The brave Corey Comperatore laid down his life for his family at Trump’s July 13 Butler rally.
- January Littlejohn’s 13-year-old daughter was secretly transitioned by school teachers.
- New York City police officer Jonathan Diller was shot and killed by a repeat violent criminal.
- School teacher Marc Fogel was abandoned by the Biden regime but freed from a Russian penal colony by President Trump.
One of the most touching moments came when Trump made 13-year-old brain cancer survivor D.J. Daniel an honorary Secret Service agent.
Dr. Ethan Haim observed, “During these moments, I could see entire rows of Democrats staring down at their phones… Most were texting or scrolling through social media feeds. The only moment during the speech that generated enthusiastic, collective applause was when Trump mentioned spending hundreds of billions on Ukraine.”
Charlie Kirk said, “What they did might have permanently turned off millions of people from the Democrat party.”
One lifelong Democrat confessed, “I’m switching parties. It’s been coming for a while, but that was the moment for me.”
Ed. Note: It is only by God’s grace that Trump was not assassinated or had another election stolen from him. God’s unmerited mercy and Providence reminds us that He holds a purpose for our lives and that every day is a gift from God, to be stewarded for His glory alone.
4. EUROPEAN LEADERS SEEK TO CONTINUE UKRAINE WAR: Following his disastrous White House meeting, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met UK PM Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, and other European leaders for a Sunday war summit in London. Starmer promised billions of dollars to Ukraine, British “boots on the ground and planes in the sky,” and a multi-national “coalition of the willing” to aid Ukraine. Hungarian PM Viktor Orban called the announcement “bad, dangerous, and mistaken.”
On Monday, President Trump cut all military aid from Ukraine. On Tuesday, Zelenskyy said, “Ukraine is ready to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible to bring lasting peace closer.” On Wednesday, Trump halted all intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
On Friday, Trump said he is “strongly considering” significant sanctions on Russia until a ceasefire and peace deal are reached and called on both Russia and Ukraine to negotiate immediately.
5. TRUMP CHANNELS RON PAUL’S FOREIGN POLICY: President Trump posted, “We should spend less time worrying about Putin, and more time worrying about migrant rape gangs, drug lords, murderers, and people from mental institutions entering our Country… So that we don’t end up like Europe!”
Trump’s comments echo Ron Paul’s April 2007 words: “We need to worry about our borders here at home, not worry about the borders around the world… Our military right now is in shambles because we’ve been stretched too thin… I’m afraid we won’t wake up until we go bankrupt…”
Nicole Shanahan reacted, “Ron Paul…was America First before it was mainstream.”
6. GAVIN NEWSOM INTERVIEWS CHARLIE KIRK: California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) interviewed Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk for the first episode of his new podcast, which Newsom promised will feature other MAGA leaders.
Surprisingly, Newsom admitted that his 13-year-old son is a massive Charlie Kirk fan and begged to stay home from school so he could meet Kirk.
Newsom, whose 2028 Presidential aspirations are no secret, attempted to moderate his radical stances, but became more combative as Kirk continually bested him on men in women’s sports, BLM, immigration, pornography in schools, and COVID lockdowns.
Newsom drew the wrath of LGBTQ activists for calling men competing in women’s sports “deeply unfair.” He admitted that the DNC is “losing” the media war.
Kirk told Newsom, “The majority of the country does not have a college degree. And if I may bluntly critique the Democrat Party: you guys have become so college credentialed and educated that you guys snobbishly look on the muscular class of this country, the people that kept things afloat and running during COVID.”
Ed. Note: Gavin Newsom remains a craven Marxist elitist who cares only about power at any cost. For more, read Newsom Refuses To Protect Women’s Sports Days After Saying It’s ‘Unfair’ For Men To Compete.
7. SENATE DEMOCRATS DOUBLE DOWN ON DESTROYING WOMEN’S SPORTS: Senate Democrats unanimously opposed a bill that would have banned men from women’s sports, denying it the 60 votes needed to clear the filibuster. The bill would have amended Title XI to define sex as based “solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth” and cut federal funding from institutions that refused to comply. Only two House Democrats supported it.
Riley Gaines reacted, “Never, ever let them gaslight you into thinking Democrats care about ‘women’s rights.’” Podcaster Allie Beth Stuckey stated, “There’s no such thing as a transgender athlete. We keep hearing, ‘Let the transgender athletes play.’ There’s no such thing… It’s all pretending.”
8. ACT BLUE IMPLODES AFTER FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS: The New York Times reported, “ActBlue, the online fund-raising organization that powers Democratic candidates, has plunged into turmoil, with at least seven senior officials resigning late last month and a remaining lawyer suggesting he faced internal retaliation. The departures from ActBlue…come as the group is under investigation by congressional Republicans.”
Charlie Kirk asked, “More than $16 billion has passed through ActBlue in the past 20 years. What could they possibly be hiding?”
Attorney Rogan O’Handley noted, “The big tell was when Kamala, the most unpopular VP in history, threw a coup, kicked out Biden, and raised more money on ActBlue in one day than any other candidate in history. Even more than Trump after he was indicted and shot. That’s when America woke up and said ‘Ok, they’re money laundering.’”
Ed. Note: Raheem Kassam stated, “They are in total, total, total disarray – the institutional Democratic Party – as people know, but I don’t think people quite realize just yet how further they are yet to fall.”
9. SUPREME COURT SIDES WITH USAID: The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to uphold U.S. District Judge Amir Ali’s temporary restraining order mandating the Trump administration unfreeze $2 billion in USAID disbursements, with Justices John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett siding with the three liberal justices.
In his scathing dissent, Justice Samuel Alito asked, “Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) $2 billion taxpayer dollars? The answer to that question should be an emphatic ‘No,’ but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned.”
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) urged, “The solution to this problem is obvious: Congress must quit sending the money to USAID!”
The Federalist’s Sean Davis said, “If the Supreme Court is going to ascribe to unelected inferior judges the full powers of the presidency, then it’s probably time for the president to ignore the Supreme Court.”
Ed. Note: Ahead of Amy Coney Barrett’s 2020 confirmation, Constitutional Attorney Robert Barnes warned, “Barrett sided with the government on almost every civil rights case, every big employer case, every criminal case, while also siding with the government on the lockdowns, on uncompensated takings, on excusing First Amendment infringements and Fourth Amendment violations.”
10. WHERE ARE THE EPSTEIN FILES? After an underwhelming “Phase 1” Epstein files release, Attorney General Pam Bondi said she received a “truckload” of Epstein documents that the FBI is “going through.” Several days after the announcement, FBI New York Chief James Dennehy, who was accused of hiding thousands of Epstein documents, resigned.
Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) said, “I don’t think they exist anymore. They’ve been doctored. We shouldn’t trust anything that comes out. I’ll believe it exists when I see it.”
Attorney Mike Cernovich, who sued over the Epstein files in 2019, said, “The real Epstein files are in some intelligence vault, somewhere…that even Kash Patel doesn’t have access to.”
In related news, the FBI has refused to comply with a March 10 deadline to release records on DNC staffer Seth Rich, who was murdered in 2016.
11. TRUMP EDUCATION SECRETARY CONFIRMED: The Senate voted 51-45 to confirm Linda McMahon as Education Secretary. McMahon stated, “[President Trump] pledged to make American education the best in the world, return education to the states where it belongs, and free American students from the education bureaucracy through school choice… I intend to make good on those promises.”
Trump has vowed to abolish the Department of Education, a move strongly opposed by the Education Cartel.
Ed. Note: Education remains the most significant issue facing America. For decades, American parents have allowed a godless system to disciple their children. Former New York School Teacher of the Year John Taylor Gatto observed, “This was once a land where every sane person knew how to build a shelter, grow food, and entertain one another. Now we have been rendered permanent children. It’s the architects of forced schooling who are responsible for that.”
12. RFK JR. NAVIGATES MEASLES RESPONSE: Following a measles outbreak in Texas, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recommended in a Fox News op-ed: “Parents play a pivotal role in safeguarding their children’s health. All parents should consult with their healthcare providers to understand their options to get the MMR vaccine. The decision to vaccinate is a personal one. Vaccines not only protect individual children from measles, but also contribute to community immunity, protecting those who are unable to be vaccinated due to medical reasons.”
Health activists Ty and Charlene Bollinger reminded critics, “Remember: Bobby isn’t just fighting for transparency and choice – he’s fighting to get his team through the confirmation process. And that means he has to be smart, calculated, and, yes, even a little patient…” The Bollingers observed, “He unequivocally supports choice… He reaffirmed that vaccines carry risks… He stated that vitamin A can dramatically reduce measles mortality… He pointed out that measles deaths declined significantly BEFORE the vaccine.”
13. INTERNATIONAL STORIES:

The research comes as marriage rates have declined significantly over the past 35 years.

- A new court filing reveals that Hunter Biden has only sold one piece of art since December 2023, the month he was charged with nine tax-related crimes.
- USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins unveiled a $1 billion strategy to combat bird flu. Dr. Peter McCullough criticized the plan, warning, “By taking government money to cull healthy birds and then bring eggs to market at higher prices, big egg producers have perverse incentives to keep the poorly conceived biosecurity measures going.”
15. POLITICAL QUOTES:
- “The fact that the Senator giving the rebuttal just said, ‘We all know America is going through something right now,’ tells you they know exactly who their key voting bloc is: Single, divorced women who read too many therapy books and constantly talk about their ‘trauma.’” –Megan Basham
- “We have sitting members of Congress that actually sit on the NGOs right now… It is a huge conflict of interest, and it’s buried very deep.” –Data Republican
- “The president’s hope is that by the end of the term, we build the entire border wall… The most heartening message that I take away from my visit here at the Texas border is the number of border patrol agents who have come up to me and said, ‘Thank you.’” –Vice President JD Vance
- “There was an insane slaughter of 150 million egg-laying chickens ordered by the Biden administration.” –Elon Musk
- “Entitlements fraud for illegal aliens is what is serving as a gigantic magnetic force to pull people in from all around the world and keep them here. - “CNN streamed it live, which I do not believe they did for any other rally – and certainly not for a rally in the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania.” –Joe Rogan on the July 13 Butler assassination attempt
16. NOTEWORTHY QUOTES:
- “We led a coup in Ukraine, installed a government, looted, and played both sides.” –Joe Biden, 2016

If confirmed, I will carry out President Trump and Secretary Kennedy’s agenda of committing the NIH to address the dire chronic health needs of the country with gold-standard science and innovation.” –Dr. Jay Bhattacharya
- “As bloody and terrible as it was, the European countries that fought each other in World War I had far more in common with each other than a Blaze News subscriber has with modern progressives. It’s not even close…” –Steve Deace
- “It’s become obvious that Vance doesn’t view his children as something to be stuffed away… If we truly want more babies in America, we are going to need more hands-on and committed fathers who aren’t looking for political get-out-of-jail-free cards. The second most powerful man in America carrying a three-year-old around during his ‘work trip’ is a good start.” –Ashley E. McGuire
- “Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is His reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.” –Psalm 127:3-5
FAITH, FAMILY & FREEDOM REPORT
1. TRUMP OFFERS CITIZENSHIP TO PERSECUTED SOUTH AFRICAN FARMERS: President Trump said that South Africa is “confiscating” land and farms from white farmers and “much worse than that.” Trump promised, “Any Farmer (with family!) from South Africa, seeking to flee that country for reasons of safety, will be invited into the United States of America with a rapid pathway to Citizenship. This process will begin immediately!”
Ed. Note: South African entrepreneur Robert Hersov recently said, “[There are] 140 race-based laws in South Africa, all anti-white. There’s been endless laws, anti-white, boiling us like a frog in a bowl. And all I can say is thank you, America, and thank you, Donald Trump, for taking notice because we are on the edge of the socialist abyss.”
2. IOWA REMOVES GENDER IDENTITY FROM STATE LAW: Iowa became the first state to remove gender identity from state law, by a vote of 60-36 in the House and 33-15 in the Senate. Gov. Kim Reyolds (R) commented, “It is common sense to acknowledge the obvious biological differences between men and women… Ufortunately, these commonsense protections were at risk because, before I signed this bill, the Civil Rights Code blurred the biological line between the sexes.”
3. BORDER CROSSINGS PLUMMET: The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) posted 8,326 apprehensions in February, the lowest total in recorded history. President Trump celebrated, “The Invasion of our Country is OVER. 4. TRUMP MAKES ENGLISH OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF U.S.: President Trump’s Executive Order stated, “From the founding of our Republic, English has been used as our national language. A nationally designated language is at the core of a unified and cohesive society, and the United States is strengthened by a citizenry that can freely exchange ideas in one shared language.”
5. TRUMP ADMINISTRATION TO SELL FEDERAL PROPERTIES: The Trump administration is planning to sell 443 federal properties in an effort to reduce costs and save taxpayer dollars. 6. CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT SUSPENDED: The U.S. Treasury Department announced it would not enforce “penalties or fines” for Beneficial Ownership Information under the burdensome Corporate Transparency Act. President Trump stated, “This Biden rule has been an absolute disaster for Small Businesses Nationwide… The economic menace of BOI reporting will soon be no more.”
7. TRUMP REVOKES SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR CORRUPT LAW FIRMS: President Trump revoked the security clearance for the entire Perkins Coie law firm, the legal outfit paid over $1 million by Hillary Clinton and the DNC to create the bogus Trump-Russia dossier in 2016. In 2022, CIA Director John Ratcliffe said, “This was a coordinated effort…to defraud the federal government… Defrauding the government is a felony, making false statements to federal investigators is a felony.” The move comes several weeks after Trump revoked the security clearance for law firm Covington & Burling, the group that assisted Jack Smith’s prosecution against the Trump.
8. AG DISMISSES LAWFARE: Attorney General Pam Bondi dismissed lawsuits by the former Biden administration against the Maryland State Police and other cities across the country for maintaining standards and tests that were considered discriminatory. Bondi explained, “American communities deserve firefighters and police officers to be chosen for their skill and dedication to public safety – not to meet DEI quotas.”
9. INQUIRY INTO GEORGETOWN DEI PROGRAM: U.S. Attorney for D.C. Ed Martin opened an official inquiry into Georgetown Law School’s promotion of DEI. Martin warned Law School Dean William Treanor, “At this time, you should know that no applicant for our fellows program, our summer internship, or employment in our office who is a student or affiliated with a law school or university that continues to teach and utilize DEI will be considered.”
10. WYOMING ALLOWS GUNS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Wyoming passed HB 172 to allow anyone 21 and over to conceal carry in public schools. 11. BILL INTRODUCED TO DEFUND LEFTIST OUTLETS: Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) introduced legislation to defund taxpayer-funded leftist outlets. Kennedy stated, “NPR and PBS are entitled to do opinion journalism – but they can’t do it on the taxpayers’ dime. My No Propaganda Act would make sure Americans aren’t funding this rot.” Gen. Mike Flynn responded, “This is a no-brainer. Must happen.”
12. ARGENTINA TO SHOW HOW IT COLLUDED WITH NAZIS IN WWII: Argentine President Javier Milei has agreed to partner with Sen. Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) investigation of Swiss bank Credit Suisse’s assistance to Nazis fleeing Germany after World War II. 13. MAINE REP. KEEPS FIGHTING FOR WOMEN’S SPORTS: Maine State Rep. Lauren Libby (R) has refused to be silenced after the state legislature censured her for her comments regarding men in women’s sports. Libby declared, “When you shine a spotlight on the truth, you can expect opposition. It is becoming abundantly clear that Maine girls will not get fairness in Maine. And when the woke Left can’t silence women, they cancel them.”
14. GOYA FOODS CEO TO KEEP FIGHTING FOR CHILDREN: After being unexpectedly removed by the board, Goya Foods CEO Robert Unanue vowed to continue fighting for trafficked and enslaved children. Unanue emphasized, “I will not be silenced. I will not give in to those who want me to give up the fight. We cannot remain passive spectators while soulless, despicable animals treat children with callous indifference.”
15. KENTUCKY BILL WOULD PROTECT THE UNBORN: Kentucky House Bill 523 would give the unborn equal protection under the law and prosecute those who harm them. Rep. Josh Calloway (R) stated, “This bill is not focused specifically on prosecution of anyone, it’s about protection for the baby. So that babies, if they are killed before they are born, would get the same constitutional right and scrutiny from our court system as anybody else would.”
16. 40 DAYS FOR LIFE BEGINS: The 40 Days for Life prayer campaign kicked off on Wednesday. Participants are holding prayer vigils in 660 cities as they pray for the murder of the unborn to end.
