This post is a follow-up to the Heartland Invasion post of a10-12-24, it goes into more detail concerning how the immigration system was modified to justify the agenda of the Marxist left.
The two videos of this post and a portion of an immigration document explain the process by which illegals are “paroled” from immigration requirements and enabled to enter various states to live and work.
As I listened through the second video below, I heard a pastor from Georgia communicating what one of their senators had explained to him and a group of concerned citizens at a meeting about illegals; that is when I first heard of the “immigration parole” status of immigrants.
That pastor’s comments are highlighted below the partial document that contains definitions of designations that are being applied to immigrants to deem them approved to live and work in the USA.
Your tax dollars are being used to orchestrate this huge leftist plan.
In the 4-minute video, senator Katie Britt’s words cover the CHNV process and much more in a succinct manner. Hearing her, after reading the following, should provide much understanding, even if you had not previously sought to comprehend the immigration crisis.
The following information is half of the one-page document. However, that document has several drop-down menus.
I highlighted areas I think are significant after listening through the second video below. Anyone who saw the recent Fox News brief I posted about the hundreds of thousands of convicted criminals that have been loosed into the USA, will immediately know the criteria in the immigration document below do not describe a process that ensures that Americans will be safe….

Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans
ALERT: DHS has resumed processing of Advance Travel Authorizations (ATAs) in the parole processes for certain nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV). As part of an internal review, DHS has implemented updated safeguards to the CHNV processes, incorporating rigorous enhanced vetting in the supporter application process. Potential CHNV beneficiaries should continue to monitor their myUSCIS account for updated information regarding their ATAs. Individuals with a valid, unexpired ATA are permitted to travel.

- You were recently paroled into the United States and that parole remains valid; or
- You have applied for asylum and that application has been pending for at least 150 days.
If you have not already started the EAD application process, you can begin here by creating a USCIS account online and filing Form-I-765. We will mail your work permit to the address you provided in your application if your application is approved. If necessary, you can file a paper application for Form I-765 instead.

ALERT: Updated Review Process for the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans
The U.S. government may grant advance travel authorization to up to 30,000 noncitizens each month to seek parole on a case-by-case basis under the processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. Due to high interest in these processes, we are updating the review process effective May 17, 2023. Under the new review process, we will randomly select about half of the monthly total of Forms I-134A, Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support, regardless of filing date, from the entire pending workload to review. We will review the other half of the monthly total of Forms I-134A based on when the case was submitted under the first-in, first-out method, which prioritizes the oldest Forms I-134A for review. This is intended to maintain a meaningful and equitable opportunity for all beneficiaries of a Form I-134A to move forward through the process and seek advance travel authorization. The gist of the above from my notes of video two below:
- CHNV status = parole status; paroled from normal immigration requirements
- Sponsor organizations require payment from immigrants for getting them here to the US and settling them
- Immigrants are immediately given $1700.00; a cell phone; and transport to be linked up with the temp agencies via which they find employment; a residence…
- The pastor compared CHNV to indentured servitude, or legal human trafficking
- A “controller” is in charge of everything regarding each of the immigrant’s lives
- MOST of the illegals at the border have been RECRUITED by “charities” who have reached out [to the native’s country?] and communicated to the immigrants that if they are able to arrive at the US border they will then be provided the following aid: housing; benefits
- $9,000.00 is to be paid back by each immigrant to “charity” organizations
- [in the 4-minute video just below these points, new senator, Katie Britt noted that “cartel” members were collecting monies from immigrants. That tells me that the cartels are involved in the supply chain of people to America; who else might be involved / profiting? ]
- One Alabama lawmaker made the following quote:
- “The pyramid scheme is, instead of selling you product, its selling human beings. All they care about is the number of human beings they get into this country, and they dump them in other places because they make more money off those bodies. And they do not care what happens to those people, and they do not care what community they cause problems in and what chaos they cause.”
- Taxpayer dollars are used to recruit and settle immigrants
- Immigrants will likely thank those people who settled them by voting for them
- Governor of Alabama, Kay Ivey, banned sanctuary cities (she appeared in the video): “The left can try to counsel me, I don’t care, but here in Alabama were going to enforce the law.”

I was left with a few questions and partial conclusions:
Who in government is profiting from trading immigrants (as it is this administration that has devised this plan to skirt the typical requirements of immigration)?
How will people be punished for blocking these immigrant settlements from being established in their communities?
Are cartel thugs being used to facilitate this process because they are more intimidating to the average citizen and less likely to be confronted? [Somewhat like thugs kept republican MIB monitors from working at the polls to witness ballots being opened in 2020]
Will states be forced to give immigrants voting privileges, serving the democrat Marxist left’s agenda?
How long will it take to successfully crash the welfare system in the states?
At what point will one-party rule be established, and this nation be transformed into another socialist “utopian” nightmare?
Video one, less than 4 minutes in length:
Senator Katie Britt, after viewing the border crisis, identified numerous aspects of that crisis. She attributed the southern border crisis to “failed policies,” I think that was an error.
The border “crisis” seems more like a carefully organized, strategic plan, dictated by necessary policies, to ensure that every state becomes a democrat voter base, having a sufficient number of guaranteed voters such that one-party rule will be shortly established.
That plan inherently causes much collateral damage to human lives, noted by Katie Britt.
She began to talk of drug cartel involvement in collecting money from illegals around the 2-minute mark.
The above video is from the YouTube site, Forbes Breaking News. It has had 2.5 million views and the site had 3.6 million subscribers.

The following 40-minute video was done by Nick Johnson, site name of his YouTube channel. He has over 1 million subscribers, and lots of videos about America. He apparently recommends cities for moving to and warns against others….
As I listened to the video, I thought the responses of at least three people were informative and useful. The elderly lady the video opens with is shown several times and overall, her comments are very sensible. The pastor, a heavy man with a full beard, had the best comments. He had been to a meeting wherein a state representative briefed the hearers on the immigration process, and I got my notes from numerous responses of his that occurred throughout the video. And a man who had formerly been a Florida resident had some useful comments overall.
The video is useful because we may learn more about what can / cannot be done about stopping this influx of immigrants into our communities, as we examine the response of Georgians if we are able to view related events on reliable news outlets.
I think that Elon Musk is correct in saying that if the left wins this election, then we will soon after be under one-party rule and the kind of regime that such rule ushers in (link to 4-minute video at end of post).
So many young people have been groomed by the left in public schools and colleges to think well of socialism; and there are so many “useful idiots” in this nation, that the left could win. Then, the left is also aided in that, millions of Christians plan to NOT vote….
