Dr. Swain’s statements about the democratic party still showing racism towards Blacks is via social justice: they give them victim status and certain rights per that status; but that system looks down on Blacks and other minorities, it does not exalt them.
Moreover, it does not treat them as equal under the law; as “justice” does.
That is, it is a shady way of discriminating against Blacks; word meanings have been subtly manipulated to deceive; to make Blacks think they have not been discriminated against.
