The notepad above is an example of some 2 dozen by Knock Knock LLC available on Amazon. I am posting it because I think it is a humorous way of introducing feeling-word communications into one’s relationship. But they sell a broad variety of such notepads, some messages I wouldn’t post but were humorous nonetheless.
If you read post 1d of the Beatitude series, then you know about the self-exam packet. I consider this a very basic intro to that.
