Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
The following piece from Handel’s Messiah proclaims the above verse beautifully. Most Christians have probably heard this sung around Christmas time, but it is great to listen to and to meditate upon it in such times as this.
