Patrisse Cullors, the co-founder of Black Lives Matter and a self-proclaimed “trained Marxist,” appears to be doing quite well for herself. Last year, she signed a major Hollywood production deal. The value of the deal remains undisclosed. But Cullors just purchased a $1.4 million home in Topanga Canyon, California, with a white population of 88.2 percent and a black population of 0.4 percent—not exactly the hood.
