AGENDA Weekly Brief

Week of October 9-15

Dear Friends,

Apart from Christ, the world can never know the comforting peace of God that transcends life’s darkest moments and surpasses all human understanding. Nahum 1:7 is a promise that every believer can claim today, “The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and He knoweth them that trust in Him.”

1. PAYPAL THREATENS FINANCIAL REPRESSION: PayPal released an updated acceptable use policy (AUP) stating the company would fine users $2,500 for promoting “misinformation” or “hate.” Following an immense backlash, PayPal stock dropped over six percentage points. Backed into a corner, PayPal quickly retracted the “misinformation” policy and claimed, “this language was never intended to be inserted in our policy.” Actor Kevin Sorbo tweeted, “PayPal isn’t sorry; they’re just mad they got caught.” Although PayPal has removed the section on fining “misinformation” spreaders, it still threatens to fine $2,500 for those who spread “hate” and “intolerance.”

Ed. Note: What PayPal just attempted is what the government will certainly do if they implement a Central Bank Digital Currency. Jeffrey A. Tucker called PayPal’s move, “next-level despotism that hasn’t yet happened in any systematic way in the United States.” Tucker noted, “In China, this has become institutionalized. The past year has shown us many examples of how the Chinese Communist Party uses digital apps to turn on or off people’s ability to speak, associate, travel, and move money. Compliance is everything.”

2. MICHIGAN TRIES TO BAN POLL WATCHERS: Soros-funded Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is working to sideline poll watchers ahead of the November midterms. Michigan voters will vote on Proposal 2, an amendment that mirrors the Democrats’ H.R. 1 election takeover bill. Another ballot amendment, Proposal 3, would allow unlimited access to abortion and would codify the left’s radical transgender agenda.

In related news, Colorado “accidentally” sent voter registration postcards to 30,000 non-citizens. A top Pennsylvania election official said the state will simply ignore an order from the U.S. Supreme Court to not count mail-in ballots with typos or incorrect dates.

Ed. Note: Michigan’s Proposal 2, called “Promote the Vote,” is in reality “Steal the Vote.” For more on election fraud see FBI Conceals Chinese Infiltration of U.S. Election Software.

3. GENDER DYSPHORIA SKYROCKETS: A study from Komodo Health reports that 42,167 minors aged 6-17 were diagnosed with gender dysphoria in 2021, almost three times as many as were diagnosed five years ago. Maryland’s Montgomery County Public Schools reports a 582% increase in students with gender confusion. One wealthy D.C. suburb witnessed a 991% increase in trans-identifying students in only two years. In Britain, just 53% of Generation Z individuals identify as “exclusively straight.”

The Biden Administration clarified that biological males who identify as females must still register for the draft: “U.S. citizens or immigrants who are born male and changed their gender to female are still required to register. Individuals who are born female and changed their gender to male are not required to register.”

4. BIDEN WARNS OF NUCLEAR “ARMAGEDDON”: President Biden said, “We have not faced the prospect of Armageddon since [President John F.] Kennedy and the Cuban Missile Crisis…I don’t think there’s any such thing as the ability to easily [use] a tactical nuclear weapon and not end up with Armageddon.” Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called Biden’s remarks “reckless.” The Biden regime also spent $290 million on anti-radiation drugs for “nuclear emergencies.”

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky called for NATO to launch “preemptive” nuclear strikes on Russia, but quickly retracted his comments after backlash. Following a devastating Ukrainian attack on the Kerch bridge separating Crimea and Russia, Russia launched massive drone and cruise missile strikes on Ukrainian cities and infrastructure.

5. PFIZER OFFICIAL ADMITS COVID VACCINES WERE NEVER TESTED FOR PREVENTING TRANSMISSION: In a recent hearing, European Parliament Member Rob Roos asked Pfizer’s President of International Developed Markets Janine Small this question: “Was the Pfizer Covid vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before entering the market?” Small responded, “No. These, umm…you know, we really had to move at the speed of science to understand what is taking place in the market.” Pfizer’s latest gimmick is teaming up with Marvel’s “Avengers” to promote Pfizer’s Covid boosters with a new comic book.

Ed. Note: For more on the vaccine fraud, see the following:

6. FORMER FRENCH PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE MAKES STARTLING REVELATION ON VACCINES: Former French presidential candidate Jean Lasalle said the Johnson and Johnson vaccine almost killed him and accused vaccine propagandists, including French President Emmanuel Macron, of faking their vaccination status. Lasalle has had four surgeries on his heart since taking the Covid vaccine. Jean Lassalle explains why he got vaccinated: “Because I was an MP, and I didn’t want to give the feeling that I wasn’t doing my job. But I did not know that Emmanuel Macron was not vaccinated. I did not know that most of the government members were not, and I did not know, as many of my fellow MPs were not either.”

7. COVID’S WAR ON CHILDREN: The Children’s Health Defense reports, “The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Wednesday amended the Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for the new Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 Omicron booster shots for children as young as 5 years old — despite having no direct data on the safety or effectiveness of the shots in children.” Infowars reports, “A new study by researchers in Ireland has concluded that babies born during the COVID lockdown were less likely to be able to speak before their first birthday than children born previously.”

8. DR. PETER MCCULLOUGH BANNED FROM TWITTER: The courageous and highly-credentialed Dr. Peter McCullough has become the latest truth teller to be suspended from Twitter for questioning Covid-19 vaccines. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) responded, “To say private companies have this right is to ignore their coordination with government censors, and the undisclosed influence they have on elections.”

9. INFLATION UP 17.3% BY REAL NUMBERS: Economist John Williams says that according to accurate economic numbers, inflation hit 17.3% in June and stands currently at 16.5%, “a 75-year high. I think you will find people are having a more difficult time than they were having 40 years ago.” On unemployment, Williams reports, “The unemployment number is really 24.4% the way it used to be counted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).” Williams predicts that the economy will “get a lot worse.” The Department of Labor reports food inflation has surged, with fresh and dried vegetables up 40.2% over the past year, grains up 30.4%, and fresh eggs up 97.3%.

10. BERNANKE RECEIVES NOBEL PRIZE: Former Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke was awarded a Nobel Prize, along with two other economists. Bernanke presided over the disastrous financial crisis of 2007-2008, a crisis which his policies helped engineer. The Mises Institute summarizes, “The committee rewards an arsonist for claiming to fight the fire he started.”

11. ALEX JONES ORDERED TO PAY ALMOST $1 BILLION: A Connecticut jury has ordered Infowars founder Alex Jones to pay at least $965 million to numerous families who lost children in the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting. Jones’s lawyer, Norm Pattis, who vowed to fight the verdict, responded, “It’s a huge verdict, and it sends a chilling message…This will make de-platforming look like child’s play if this verdict is permitted to stand.”

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) tweeted, “No matter what you think of Alex Jones, all he did was speak words. He was not the one who pulled the trigger. Were his words wrong, and did he apologize? Yes. That’s what freedom of speech is. Freedom to speak words. Political persecution must end.” Former Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki said, “The end of Infowars would be a public service.”

12. ELECTRIC CAR BATTERIES ON FIRE: Top Florida official Jimmy Patronis said that firefighters have battled fires from waterlogged electric vehicle (EV) batteries in the wake of Hurricane Ian: “There’s a ton of EVs disabled from Ian. As those batteries corrode, fires start. That’s a new challenge that our firefighters haven’t faced before. At least on this kind of scale.”

13. SPEED LIMITERS TESTED IN NEW YORK CITY: The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is promoting a new system that could stop vehicles from speeding, according to CNN. New York City is the first city to test the technology. New York City’s Deputy Mayor for Operations Meera Joshi said, “There’s no reason today, with so much technology and so much awareness, that anybody should die at the hands of an automobile.” The NTSB has called for the federal government to financially reward car manufacturers for installing speed-limiting systems in new vehicles.

Ed. Note: The “Infrastructure Bill” signed by Biden earlier this year mandates that all new vehicles have a “kill switch” that the government can access by 2026.

14. J6 PRISONERS ASK TO BE REMOVED TO GUANTANAMO: Thirty four January 6 detainees penned a recent letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland. The letter details a long litany of abuses, including physical and sexual assault by guards. They ask Garland: “We hereby request to spend our precious and limited days…at Guantanamo Bay, a detention facility that actually provides nutritional meals, routine sunlight exposure, top-notch medical care, is respectful of religious requirements, has centers for exercise/entertainment for its detainees (despite the fact that those residents are malicious terrorists, real members of the Taliban, and few are United States Citizens), instead of remaining trapped within the wretched confines of cruel and unusual punishment of the D.C. Jail.”

Meanwhile, a California man arrested with an “astonishing” amount of child pornography has been sentenced to only 180 days in jail and two years of probation by a Newsom-appointed judge.

Ed. Note: Robert Spencer rightly comments, “The few remaining prisoners at Gitmo are treated far better. Biden’s handlers have a far more positive view of the Taliban than they do of conservative Americans.”

15. BIDEN ADMINISTRATION ASKED SAUDI ARABIA TO WAIT TILL AFTER MIDTERMS TO CUT OIL PRODUCTION: The New York Post reports, “The Biden administration admitted Thursday it had asked Saudi Arabia to delay the OPEC+ vote to cut oil production until the cartel’s next meeting – after the midterm elections.” Breibart comments, “President Joe Biden has been accused of doing what President Donald Trump was impeached for allegedly doing: putting his own political interest ahead of the national interest by calling on the Saudis to hold off on cuts to oil production until after the midterms.”

16. KANYE WEST IS CANCELED: The professing music artist Kanye West has become the latest victim of cancel culture for wearing a “White Lives Matter” t-shirt and openly rejecting woke ideology. A scheduled Los Angeles show was canceled shortly after West’s bombshell interview with Tucker Carlson, while JP Morgan Chase informed Kanye that they are canceling his company’s bank accounts.

17. NOTEWORTHY STORIES:

  • Amazon is being sued by the families of two young men who died by suicide for selling suicide “kits.”
  • A new bill signed by California Governor Gavin Newsom forces California taxpayers to pay up to $400 million of employee union dues.
  • The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is launching a pilot project of its e-rupee central bank digital currency.
  • Two years after the New York Post broke the laptop story, federal agents have finally announced that they have enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden for tax fraud and for breaking a gun law “shepherded” by his father, Joe Biden, through Congress.
  • The FBI has released a new policy that requires federally licensed firearms dealers to disclose the identities of buyers with failed or delayed transactions.
  • World Meteorological Organization head Petteri Taalas said that the Ukraine War sped up “this green transition” and “may be seen as a blessing” from a climate perspective. Millions of Europeans face massive energy shortages brought on by the war.
  • During a recent interview, Biden accidentally (but more accurately) called the Inflation Reduction Act, the “Inflation Act.”
  • A Politico article shockingly reports, “Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) told police officers who responded to the Capitol attack on Jan. 6, 2021, that they should have shot rioters ‘in the head,’ according to a new book by former D.C. police officer Michael Fanone.”

THE FREEDOM AGENDA

1. FLORIDA’S SURGEON GENERAL RECOMMENDS AGAINST COVID-19 VACCINES FOR MALES AGED 18 TO 39: In September 2021, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis appointed Dr. Joseph A. Ladapo of America’s Frontline Doctors as Surgeon General. In newly-released guidance, Ladapo and the Florida Department of Health reported, “there is an 84% increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related death among males 18-39 years old within 28 days following mRNA vaccination…The State Surgeon General now recommends against the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines for males ages 18-39.

2. VANDERBILT STOPS GENDER MUTILATION SURGERIES AFTER UPROAR: Vanderbilt University Medical Center has announced, “We are pausing gender affirmation surgeries on patients under 18 while we complete this review, which may take several months.” The announcement comes after The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh exposed the heinous and corrupt activities of the clinic, and Tennessee House Republicans called for an investigation and a cessation of all surgeries.

3. FORMER TRANS TEEN LAUNCHES ORGANIZATION: Former transgender Chloe Cole, 18 years old, has launched an organization called Detrans United, to support detransitioners. As its first act, Cole’s organization sent a scathing letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland. The letter begins, “Many of us were young teenagers when we decided, on the direction of medical ‘experts,’ to pursue irreversible hormone treatments and surgeries to bring our bodies into closer alignment with what we thought was our true ‘gender identity.’” 13 state attorneys general followed with their own letter demanding Attorney General Merrick Garland quit silencing critics of “gender affirming” treatments and surgeries.

4. ATTORNEY THOMAS RENZ FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST GAIN-OF-FUNCTION PERPETRATORS: Attorney Thomas Renz has filed a bombshell lawsuit alleging that EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak and University of North Carolina “were responsible for the injury and/or death of the Plaintiffs due to their creation and subsequent release of SARS-CoV-2 from the Wuhan Laboratories in China.”

5. TULSI GABBARD LEAVES DNC: Former Congresswoman and 2020 Democratic Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard has announced her exit from the Democratic Party. Gabbard tweeted, “I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms, are hostile to people of faith & spirituality, demonize the police & protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, believe in open borders, weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents, and above all, are dragging us ever closer to nuclear war.” She continued, “I believe in a government that is of, by, and for the people. Unfortunately, today’s Democratic Party does not. Instead, it stands for a government of, by, and for the powerful elite. I’m calling on my fellow common sense independent-minded Democrats to join me in leaving the Democratic Party.” 8.5 million have already watched her video on Twitter. Gabbard will campaign with GOP candidates, including New Hampshire Republican U.S. Senate candidate General Don Bolduc, ahead of the midterms.

Ed. Note: While we are grateful to see Tulsi leave the Democratic Party, we hope to see her position on abortion and other issues change in the future. Nevertheless, this could be a positive force to encourage other Democrats to say goodbye as well.

6. LOUISIANA CANCELS BLACKROCK: Louisiana has become the latest state to announce the withdrawal of all state Treasury funds from BlackRock. The state will withdraw a total of $794 million by year’s end, following similar moves from the Republican states of South Carolina, Utah, and Arkansas. In a letter to BlackRock founder and CEO Larry Fink, State Treasure John Schroder said, “Your blatantly anti-fossil fuel policies would destroy Louisiana’s economy.” Schroder said he refuses “to invest a penny of our state funds with a company that would take food off tables, money out of pockets, and jobs away from hardworking Louisianans.”

7. DELAWARE DEFEATS VOTE BY MAIL: The Delaware Supreme Courtruled that Delaware’s same-day registration and vote-by-mail laws, which were passed during Covid-19, violate the state’s Constitution. M. Jane Brady, head of Delaware’s Republican Party, responded, “We are working hard to protect the integrity of our elections in Delaware. The way they’ve been for a very long time…that’s trying to be undermined and undone, and I won’t let it happen on my watch.”

8. TEXAS REPUBLICAN PARTY DECLARES AN INVASION: The Texas Republican Party executive leadership has formally declared an invasion at the state’s southern border. The Party called on Governor Abbott to officially declare an invasion to protect Texans from “violent international drug cartels” and “organize the appropriate assets of Texas to repel this growing lawless invasion.”

Ed. Note: To understand what must be done, see the Center for Renewing America’s latest article, It’s Time to Wage War on Transnational Drug Cartels.

9. CONGRESSMAN INTRODUCES BILL TO RETURN TO GOLD STANDARD: The “Gold Standard Restoration Act,” introduced by U.S. Representative Alex Mooney (R-W.V.), would peg Federal Reserve notes to gold. Mooney said, “The gold standard would protect against Washington’s irresponsible spending habits and the creation of money out of thin air. Prices would be shaped by economics rather than the instincts of bureaucrats. No longer would our economy be at the mercy of the Federal Reserve and reckless Washington spenders.”

10. IRANIAN PROTESTORS GAIN STRENGTH: Oil workers, who strongly supported Ayatollah Khomeini in 1979, have joined the protests and are threatening to “destroy” Iranian oil infrastructure unless the regime stops oppressing protestors. Iranian expert Dr. Roham Alvandi said, “What is really remarkable is that unlike the previous protests, where people would flee the security forces, what we’re seeing in these protests is that unarmed young people are actually standing their ground.”

11. COUNTIES BAN ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES: 14 precincts in Alaska have now banned electronic voting machines and will instead hand count votes. Virginia’s Fairfax and Prince William counties dropped election software from Konnech, a company with ties to China.

12. SAMARITAN’S PURSE HELPS HURRICANE VICTIMS: Samaritan’s Purse organized a 1,000-person clean-up operation to help Florida residents in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. Franklin Graham said, “Everything we do, we want to do it in the name of Jesus Christ. I want people to know that God loves them. He hasn’t forgotten them.”

13. OHIO HOLDS FIRST MARCH FOR LIFE: Thousands of Ohioans joined the state’s first-ever March for Life in Columbus, Ohio. 28-year-old State Rep. Jena Powell said, “The fight here in Ohio is just beginning.” Powell noted that sciences proves that “life does not just begin at the time the heartbeat is detected. Life begins at conception.”

HYMN OF THE WEEK

Sunlight by Judson Van DeVenter

I wandered in the shades of night
Till Jesus came to me,
And with the sunlight of His love
Bid all my darkness flee!

Sunlight, sunlight in my soul today,
Sunlight, sunlight all along the way!
Since the Savior found me, took away my sin,
I have had the sunlight of His love within.

Though clouds may gather in the sky,
And billows ’round me roll,
However dark the world may be
I’ve sunlight in my soul!

While walking in the light of God,
I sweet communion find.
I press with holy vigor on
And leave the world behind.

Soon I shall see Him as He is,
The Light that came to me;
Behold the brightness of His face,
Throughout eternity!

Sunlight, sunlight in my soul today,
Sunlight, sunlight all along the way!
Since the Savior found me, took away my sin,
I have had the sunlight of His love within!
