AGENDA Weekly Brief
Week of July 29 – August 4
Dear Friends,
John Henry Jewett wrote, “Haven’t we all known men and women who begin to wear strength and hopefulness like a regal robe as soon as they must endure a season of of darkness and solitude? People like that may be put in prison by the world but their treasure will be locked away with them, for true treasure cannot be lockout of their lives. Their material condition may look like a desert, but ‘the desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom’” (Isaiah 35:1).
1. DONALD TRUMP INDICTED…AGAIN: Just one day after Hunter Biden’s former close friend and business associate Devon Archer testified to Congress regarding Biden’s shady business dealings, Special Counsel Jack Smith announced a third indictment of Donald Trump, this time over Trump’s legitimate protest of the rigged 2020 election. The indictment listed four counts:
1. Conspiracy to defraud the U.S.
2. Conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding
3. Obstruction of justice and an official proceeding
4. Conspiracy against voter rights
The Trump campaign responded to the indictment, “The lawlessness of these persecutions of President Trump and his supporters is reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the 1930s, the former Soviet Union, and other authoritarian, dictatorial regimes.” Former Vice President Mike Pence once again revealed his true colors in his response: “Today’s indictment serves as an important reminder: anyone who puts himself over the Constitution should never be President of the United States.”
Former prosecutor Mark Levin responded, “Yes, we’ve had contentious presidential elections in the past, and nobody was accused of obstructing an election. In the past, Democrats challenged elections by trying to overturn slates of electors and were never accused of obstructing an election. The Democrat Party has never accepted the election of a Republican president, not since Richard Nixon. They spent time trying to destroy every single one of them. Jack Smith has taken federal law and twisted and expanded it…”
Ed. Note: Lavrentiy Beria, Stalin’s head of the Soviet secret police, once remarked, “Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.” For more on the case, read 6 Ways Jack Smith’s Latest Indictment Is Legally Flawed And Politically Shady, DOJ Indictment Of Trump Is A Declaration Of War Against American Voters, and Trump Indicted for Attempts to “Subvert” the 2020 Election.
2. THE D.C. TRIAL WILL NOT BE FAIR: Trump is being prosecuted by Jack Smith, who previously covered up Biden corruption, and secured a bribery conviction against Virginia Republican Governor Bob McDonnell, which was eventually overturned 8-0 by the U.S. Supreme Court. U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, who will preside over the case, is an Obama appointee who previously worked at a law firm that lobbied Burisma and employed Hunter Biden. Chutkan has handed down some of the most severe sentences to January 6 political prisoners, with the help of juries from deep blue D.C. However, Attorney Alan Dershowitz predicts that if Trump is convicted, the sentence will eventually be overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
3. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA V. DONALD J. TRUMP IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CASE IN U.S. HISTORY: Former Trump Senior White House Advisor Stephen Miller called the indictment “a facial threat to the freedom of speech and freedom itself in America” and explained, “This indictment says, and not so many words, that if we, the Department of Justice and prosecutors at the Department of Justice believe that you, as a citizen or as an elected official are not telling the truth as we recognize it, that we can throw you in jail.” Julie Kelly says, “This isn’t about the 2020 election. It’s about the 2024 election. DOJ is successfully criminalizing any attempts to investigate voter fraud, protest the results, file lawsuits, raise money, etc.”
4. DEVON ARCHER TESTIFIES ON HUNTER BIDEN CORRUPTION: Former Hunter Biden friend and business associate Devon Archer testified before Congress regarding Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings. One day before his testimony, Biden’s DOJ sent a letter threatening Archer with imprisonment. Archer confirmed that Hunter called Joe at least 20 times during business meetings to close important deals and that Hunter pressured his father in 2015 to fire the Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating Burisma for corruption.
Additionally, The Daily Mail reports that Hunter Biden received $40 million from Yelena Baturina, the billionaire widow of the former mayor of Moscow.
Ed. Note: In a 2020 presidential debate, Joe Biden claimed, “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.” For more, read Diana’s West column, High Crimes and Devon Archer.
5. ELITES WANT TO DECLARE A CLIMATE EMERGENCY: U.S. Oil and Gas Association President Tim Stewart warned that Joe Biden could declare a climate emergency, similar to the Covid-19 pandemic emergency. Stewart said, “They’re leaning in that direction. If you grant the president’s emergency powers to declare a climate emergency, it’s just like COVID.” Such a declaration could give Biden “vast and unchecked authority to shut down everything from communications to infrastructure,” and the ability to censor free speech and freeze financial assets.
When asked, “What is the greater threat to humanity in your mind, war or climate change?” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said, “Well, you can’t, I think, have a hierarchy. There are some things that are front and center – the wolf at the door – including potential conflict, but there’s no doubt that climate represents an existential challenge to all of us.”
One week ago, The Guardian published an op-ed, “Joe Biden must declare a climate emergency. And he must do so now.” Biden recently called climate change “the existential threat to humanity.”
6. RFK JR. DENIED SECRET SERVICE PROTECTION: Defying historical precedent, the Biden Administration has denied the request of Democratic Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whose father and uncle were both assassinated, for Secret Service protection. RFK Jr. responded, “The White House and the DNC are playing hardball, pitching hate, and vilifying me in the press with hate speech and the most odious defamations that might reasonably incite violence while simultaneously denying me the security to which I’m entitled.”
7. HALF OF MILLENNIALS CHOOSE SELF OVER FAMILY: New research from OnePoll finds that only 55% of 18-34 year-olds say they plan to start a family, while 25% have completely “ruled out” having children, and 20% are unsure. The environment, finances, and career goals were among the deterrents mentioned. A OnePoll spokesman said, “For generations, having children has just been the done thing, but it seems younger people are now deciding against this more and more.” The National Pulse reports, “While young adults in the West are debating whether to have children, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is actively encouraging their citizens to start families, offering IVF treatment covered by the state and increased welfare, to reduce the damage of the CCP’s decades-long ‘one-child policy.’”
8. BIDEN REGIME PUNISHES ALABAMA: The Biden Administration has reversed a decision to move the Space Command to Huntsville, Alabama, in a likely retaliation to the state’s firm pro-life stance. In March 2023, Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO) argued, “In the wake of Dobbs, we literally have no policy to account for the harm of moving a base from a state that protects access to reproductive care, like Colorado, to a state that does not, like Alabama.” Rep. Barry Moore (R-AL) responded to the decision, stating, “It is disappointing, but not surprising, that the Biden Administration has chosen to prioritize partisan politics over national security by rejecting the objectively best location based on the DoD’s own criteria simply because it isn’t a blue state.”
The move comes as Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) has been firmly standing against the Pentagon’s illegal policy of funding abortion travel with taxpayer dollars by blocking the mass approval of military promotions.
9. OHIO TO HOLD CRITICAL VOTE: Outside groups have pumped millions of dollars into Ohio to oppose Issue 1, an August 8 ballot initiative that would raise the threshold for approving constitutional amendments by vote from 50% to 60%. Leftists want the initiative defeated so that they can easily pass radical constitutional amendments on late-term abortion, gender mutilation, and parental rights this fall.
Mike Conidakis, president of Ohio Right, is urging voters to get out and support the initiative, saying, “It’s a neck-and-neck race. We’ve got [less than a week] to do our closing arguments.” Citizens for Community Virtues President Ted Baer warns, “This is the complete Californication of Ohio in one ballot amendment. Today, it’s Ohio. Tomorrow, it’s going to be your state. The Left has really made clear [that] this is their agenda…They’re going to throw everything they’ve got at this in Ohio. And if we can’t stop them here, they’re going to be going all across the nation next.”
10. UNLICENSED CHINESE BIOWARFARE LAB DISCOVERED IN CALIFORNIA: A recently discovered warehouse in Reedly City, California, was found to have been a black market Chinese lab testing facility with 800 different chemicals, 1,000 mice, and infectious agents including tuberculosis, HIV, herpes, dengue fever, and malaria. Frank Gaffney writes, “This facility either was an actual biowarfare lab or could rapidly be used as such. Freshly manufactured biological agents are more lethal.”
China expert Gordon Chang says, “General Chi Haotian, when he was China’s defense minister two decades ago, reportedly gave a secret speech advocating the extermination of Americans with disease. His plan was to clear out the hills, plains, and valleys of North America so that the Chinese people could settle in the vast spaces left uninhabited.”
Ed. Note: For more on Chinese strategy, see our previous episode, 5th Generation Warfare: The Battle For Your Heart and Mind.
11. MCCARTHY VISITS THE BOHEMIAN GROVE: Politico reports that Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy was spotted at the latest “super-secret annual gathering in northern California known as Bohemian Grove.” The New American reports, “At Bohemian Grove, the world’s rich and powerful dress in ceremonial garb, chant around a bonfire, and burn a child in effigy in the presence of a large owl-shaped idol. The group was started after the Civil War by Henry Harry Edwards, originally as a club for artists, writers, journalists, and other ‘Bohemians’ to get together and relax. Since then, though, the outfit has grown to include more than 2,500 of the world’s elites. The Bohemian Club, like other major secret societies, has an agenda of furthering globalism. At the United Nations’ founding conference in 1945, UN delegates and key dignitaries were invited to Bohemian Grove for a special program.”
12. ARE COVID VACCINES CAUSING CANCER AND HEART DISEASE? The Epoch Times reports that cancers are rising in individuals under 50. Pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole asserts, “What’s happening is these cancers we’re used to seeing, their growth patterns and their behavior are completely out of character…So ‘turbo cancer’ is something that wasn’t there and, all of a sudden, it’s everywhere.” A recent study finds that Americans have experienced a 30% increase in heart attack deaths since the spring of 2020. Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough commented, “Reports falsely blame 2020 SARS-CoV-2 infections in 2020 for the explosion of vaccine-induced cardiac arrests today. mRNA vaccines have FDA warnings for myocarditis which is frequent and leads to death with shots every six months!”
Vaccine researcher Steve Kirsch notes that only one USC basketball player on average gets cardiac arrest every 100 years. But two have had in the last year. Also, the NFL Broncos have waved Wide Receiver KJ Hamler, who is struggling with pericarditis.
Ed. Note: For more, read mRNA Vaccine: The COVID-19 Spike Injury You Need to Know About, COVID Vaccines Increase Risk of Serious Cardiac Events by 18X, and COVID-19 Vaccines and Boosters Were Never Made With mRNA.
13. FITCH DOWNGRADES U.S. GOVERNMENT DEBT: Credit ratings service Fitch downgraded its rating of U.S. government debt from “prime” to “high medium grade,” citing growing debt, “expected fiscal deterioration over the next three years,” and repeated political standoffs. Economic analyst Bob Adelmann comments, “Eventually, without restoration of the gold standard, the American government will continue its confiscation of wealth through inflation until the American currency reverts to its ultimate value as mere paper. The downgrade from Fitch merely adds testament to the continued debasement of the currency.”
14. CENSORSHIP AND PERSECUTION: High-school snowboarding coach Dave Block was fired for sharing his belief that males have distinct physical differences and advantages over females in sports. Nobel-prize-winning physicist John Clauser was canceled from speaking at the International Monetary Fund after he said, “Climate change is not a crisis.”
Marcus Schroeder, a young man who attends Mercy Seat Christian Church, was arrested by police officers while reading the Bible at a Wisconsin “drag” event called “Pride in the Park.” Schroder said he feels honored to have “been arrested for the sake of spreading Christ and [H]is kingdom.”

- Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton observes, “The House could defund Jack Smith tomorrow, but it is on vacation for another six weeks.”
FAITH, FAMILY, & FREEDOM REPORT
1. MOST ABORTIONS ENDING IN INDIANA: Indiana became the latest state to ban most abortions after a new law went into effect on August 1. The law bans Planned Parenthood from performing abortions in the state, although it unfortunately still allows abortions in limited cases. In anticipation of the law, Indiana Right to Life stated it “believes substantive changes to SB1 in the House provide renewed hope that over 95% of Indiana’s 8,414 abortions will end.”
2. CHRISTIAN STUDENT AWARDED $80K: Maggie DeJong, a Christian student from Southern Illinois University, was paid $80,000 after being censored for sharing her conservative views. 3. MARK HOUCK ANNOUNCES RUN FOR CONGRESS: Pro-lifer Mark Houck began his campaign for Congress, stating, “I will focus on restoring traditional values & principles that are central to the American identity, such as faith, family, & freedom of speech, religion, and the right to bear arms.” Houck was previously arrested by the Biden DOJ for defending life and will be running in the 1st District of Pennsylvania.
4. PFIZER’S COVID SHOT MANUFACTURING DOWN: A new report from the Follow the Money Team found Pfizer’s manufacturing of Covid jabs fell 89% as demand for the shots hit a low. 6. BRITISH HOMESCHOOLING INCREASES: England has seen a surge in students being taught at home, with the U.K. Department of Education revealing “an estimated 86,200 children in elective home education at the census date in Spring term 2023.” England has seen a 120% increase in homeschooling over 7 years.
7. PATRIOTIC COMPANIES OFFER JOBS TO BUD LIGHT EMPLOYEES: Bud Light announced the layoff of 350 workers after losing significant money over its open promotion of transgenderism. Now, two patriotic companies, RedBalloon and Public Square, have offered the former employees jobs. RedBalloon explained, “No one should lose their job because of woke ideologies or agendas, and so we want to help.” The company indicated that some employees have taken up the offer.
8. DIAPER BRAND SUPPORTS PRO-LIFE GROUPS: Unlike most diaper brands, the EveryLife diaper company will support life, stating they are “disheartened to learn that many in this industry financially support organizations who destroy innocent life.” EveryLife is now on Public Square, and strives to make products “without phthalates, parabens, dyes, fragrances, lotions, latex and hundreds of other ingredients that can be harmful to baby’s developing brain and body.”

10. ALASKA PROTECTS 2ND AMENDMENT: Governor Mike Dunleavy (R) signed a bill forbidding the forcible closure of gun stores during a time of emergency unless all other stores were also required to close. HYMN OF THE WEEK
Once For All By Phillip Bliss
Free from the law, O happy condition,
Jesus has bled, and there is remission!
Cursed by the law and bruised by the fall,
Grace has redeemed us once for all.
Once for all, O sinner, receive it!
Once for all, O friend, now believe it!
Cling to the cross, the burden will fall,
Christ has redeemed us once for all.
Now we are free, there’s no condemnation!
Jesus provides a perfect salvation!
“Come unto Me,” oh, hear His sweet call,
Come, and He saves us once for all!
“Children of God,” O glorious calling,
Surely His grace will keep us from falling.
Passing from death to life at His call,
Blessed salvation once for all!
Once for all, O sinner, receive it!
Once for all, O friend, now believe it!
Cling to the cross, the burden will fall,
Christ has redeemed us once for all.
